Positioned well, within a short stroll to the iconic Four Mile beach and central hotel facilities, Villa 142 offers two generous levels of resort style accommodation. Comprising of 3 spacious bedrooms, this condominium overlooks the 5th Fairway of the Mirage Golf Course, is timeless in design and tastefully decorated in natural
tones.
The generous master bedroom upstairs has its own ensuite and private balcony, perfect for evening drinks and soaking up the balmy, tropical weather. The additional two bedrooms on the lower-level offer flexibility in bedding configuration and share the central bathroom facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out to an open plan dining and living space. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors seamlessly join indoor and outdoor entertaining space together. The verandah is completed with sandstone pavers and furnished comfortably for your relaxation and enjoyment.
A private carport is available to house your vehicle and laundry facilities, complete with washer and dryer are conveniently provided. Well Maintained to a high standard, Villa 142 guarantees comfort and will not disappoint.
