Private gated resort is located only short drive from Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme park with abundant shopping at Champion's Gate Shopping center close-by. Unit is located a short walk from the resort's private beach and poolside restaurant bar.

Relax on the beautiful grounds with 4 luxury heated pools, dedicated children’s splash pad water play area, tennis/pickleball court, numerous charcoal barbeques, day spa, fishing dock and private sand beach with hammocks, padded loungers and sunshades. Stay active on the resort tennis/pickleball court, beach ping-pong table, poolside billiard tables & miles of walking trails surrounded by a nature preserve (be sure not to get close to the baby alligators, numerous birds, turtles or other wildlife within the resort as they are protected by law). Tennis & pickleball equipment is available to reserve at no charge at the resort front desk. Bahama Bay is presently rated on TripAdvisor with four stars and it is recognized as one of the nicest locations in Central Florida.

The onsite Tradewinds restaurant and poolside bar is open from lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The on-site Cenote Day Spa offers a variety of luxurious massages, facials nails and body treatments.

Our condo features numerous amenities, beautiful views and the three bedrooms sleep up to 8 people comfortably on two queen beds with upgraded memory foam mattresses, two twin sized beds plus a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The two full-sized bathrooms each include a shower and 2nd bathroom shower features low step in height.

Interior furnishings, décor and appointments have been upgraded to Wyndham platinum level for a very comfortable stay and enhanced appearance. New solid surface flooring provides an upscale feel.

The two sliding glass doors in the living room and master suite open onto screened-in balconies with beautiful water views. The second floor location provides greater privacy and superior views.

If you decide to enjoy a meal in the condo, the fully equipped kitchen makes it easier with a variety of cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery. Equipment includes full sized refrigerator and oven. Use the blender to make your favorite cocktail to enjoy on the private patio!

The washer and dryer provides an easy way to launder any clothing if you choose. We do have a No Pets and no smoking policy. Unit includes baby high chair at no charge.
