Nestled at the north end of Waialea bay is this fabulous beach house, the Treadwell House. The open layout offers an ideal indoor/outdoor living experience to capture the essence of this incredibly beautiful place. Tropical ocean breezes, the endless sound of the ocean waves and the warm scent of the beach air will set you at ease.
It’s a bit of old Hawaii mixed with a modern style and design. Comfortably furnished for everyone to gather in the main room and ocean facing lanai, with lots of space for the entire family to spread out and relax.
Just a few steps from your front porch awaits the epic beauty of Waialea bay. Serene mornings on the shady beach, fabulous snorkeling in the tropical blue bay and sunsets to your heart’s content! Come enjoy an idyllic Hawaiian vacation at this uniquely desirable oceanfront home.
This home can be rented as a 4 bedroom (sleeps 8) or add the guest cottage for a total of 5 bedrooms (to sleep 10). 4 bedrooms/3 baths in the main house with additional sleeping available for an additional charge with use of the1 bedroom/1 bath Ohana (guest cottage).

If you love the sounds of the ocean and the beauty of the great outdoors, you won't find any place better! But if you prefer a climate-controlled, manicured, hotel-like environment, this may not be the place for you.

I have held my Real Estate license here in Hawaii since 2005 and have been a Broker since 2015 when I opened Leilani Properties ®. I manage three lovely homes on Waialea bay; the Treadwell House and the Lalamilo Beach House and Bungalow. I love caring for these beautiful beach homes and offering our guests a professional and friendly service. It is a pleasure to welcome our guests to this little piece of paradise year after year.
