We LOVED, LOVED the location!!!!!!! They only thing that I struggled with was that we had to park in tower 3 even though we were in tower 2. I also really didn’t like that we were not allowed to go to tower 3 pool with our baseball family because our condo was in tower 2 even though they were the same condo!!!! That really should change! We wanted to sit with them in the evening and talk but were not allowed since we were in tower 2. Although those two things were not good everything else was Fantastic!!!! We will definitely stay again! We had two 19 year old girls two 14 year old boys with us and they loved it also!!!

Wonderful

The stay was nice and in walking distance to my event. Maintenance had to be call because the air conditioner was not working properly. They came immediately and fix it. The mattress es in the bunk beds need replacing. I was surprised by the increase in the cost of the parking garage especially when the contract said it would be $20.00. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Love this beachfront condo! It was great being on the 3rd floor, same as the parking ramp elevator! We would def stay here again!

Summer vaca

Great location! Very nice unit! Two complaints… there was no broom in the room! How am I suppose to get up all the sand and the guest bed was not comfortable! But it’s really clean and would definitely stay again!

Great location but not worth the cost

Overall the stay was good mainly because of location outside a couple of cockroaches & a runny toilet that appeared to have been running before we got there. I did not report as I feel the cleaning person or whomever checks the condo out before arrival should have noticed it. The floor didn’t seem clean. I realize there will be sand in the condo but the floor had grits of sand upon arrival throughout. Stepped on a cockroach barefoot in the middle of the night walking to the bathroom. The next morning there was another roach at the sliding door to the balcony. Furniture seemed worn.

Great first family vacation

Condo was as described. Perfect for our family of four. We loved our stay and being close to Pier Park, we walked every night to eat and stroll around. Great experience!

Convenient family getaway

Property was clean and as described. Close proximity to pier park made it easy to walk to dinner, shopping, and entertainment.

We loved the location of this condo. Walking distance to so many places! Our floors and balcony had not been cleaned thoroughly and the bed linens could use an update. Everything else was great!

Exceptional Condo and Perfect Vacation

Everything was perfect. Beds were sooo comfy!! Furniture in excellent condition!Awesome customer service. Condo was all it was advertised as. Loved that we did not have to use elevator with luggage since we could walk from parking garage across skywalk and right to our room!! Having beach chairs and umbrella included was a big plus! Loved being able to walk to Pier Park right across the street! This is 2nd time I have used Warrens Beach Rentals but different unit and they are the BEST! They are my go to rental people!!

Great Vacation

We have stayed at the Calypso many times. This room is in the best location in the building. We were able to use the stairs instead of the elevator and parking is easy access with the 3rd floor walkway. We will repeat.

Very nice unit with great amenities and perfect location.

The location is fabulous. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo is great, nice main bedroom. Baths and kitchen were clean. The pools and bar area were nice and the beach and sunsets were perfect. Having a free chair rental is a huge plus, as the company managing the rentals were definitely monitoring things pretty strictly. Being on the 3rd floor and not having to wait on elevators is a definite perk also. Common areas of the building, halls and stairwells, were a little dirty and worn, but I think that is pretty common at most places. Bottom line, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

First Rate

We have rented from Warren Beach Rentals for the past five years, and have always had wonderful service and communications with them. All of their units in Calypso have been in excellent condition, clean, and full of all the amenities that one might need. 308W was no exception. Being on the 3rd floor was so convenient because we didn't need to use the elevators, but the stairs were easy when we headed to the pool or to Pier Park. Check in and out was a breeze following their thorough instructions. They always responded quickly if we had a question or concern. We have recommended Warren Beach Rentals to other people who were also very satisfied with their accommodations. We have spent January and February in Panama City Beach for the past five years, and are grateful that we found Warren Beach Rentals who have made our winters at Calypso so enjoyable.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Calypso 308W. Beautiful unit with an Amazing view of the Ocean. Close to everything at Panama City Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at 308W at Calypso Towers. The unit is very pretty, quiet spacious and big, extremely clean, kitchen is well stocked with everything that might be needed during your stay, beds and pillows are very comfortable, lots of sunlight with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The unit is exactly same as in the pictures and has everything as being advertised. Being on the 3rd floor, it is very convenient to take the stairs instead of the lift for the beach, if there is a long wait for it. Also, the parking garage is connected with Calypso Tower at the 3rd floor, so it is quiet easy to walk from our car to the unit, without taking any lifts or stairs. Overall Calypso Towers is very clean like the passages, lifts, parking garage, swimming pool and also it is walking distance from the Pier and everything else like shops, restaurants etc. Warren Beach Rentals sent us all required information before our travel date. The communication with them was pretty easy. They were always responding back to us whenever we had any questions for them. Checkin and checkout both were very smooth for us. We would highly suggest anyone to book Calypso 308W if you are looking for a great place to spend your vacation at the Panama City beach. We would love to come back again.

Good location

Location was great however most of the tvs didn't work, mold around air ducts, tile floor was all broken up with a door mat thrown over it. Pool pump was right under the room and very loud. Shower/Tub took hours to drain so it was always full of soap scum. I call the 1st night to report the TV issue and was told someone would call the next day but never received a call. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal.

Excellent!

Calypso unit 308 was great! The process of booking, checking in and out was super easy. We liked seeing the security guards at the parking deck during the week. Every employee we encountered was cordial and accommodating. The common areas were really clean as well. 5 stars from beginning to end.
