Great room and nice location. Very clean and perfectly located near lots of activities and eating establishments. Would not only recommend but plan on staying there again.

Had a super experience. Unit was spotless, in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Location was good and enjoyed the community. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Fantastic stay and location

We booked online and had a wonderful experience. Loved the closeness to the ocean and the availability of the pool. Bed was great and unit had everything we needed.

Continental Inn Stay

Great place, great location. Kitchen had everything we could have needed or wanted. Furniture and bed were very comfortable.

Hidden Gem

This hidden gem was adorable and very clean. We loved the private beach and proximity to everything. The residents and guests we met were also very friendly and welcoming. A great place to stay!!

Clean & Quiet

My wife & I enjoyed our time here. Everyone was very nice. Property was in close proximity to national parks and our fishing charter.

GREAT location, great quiet community

Loved this unit and its location. Steps to the beach, lovely quiet community with friendly faces. Unit was clean and well-equipped, we found everything we needed! Experienced a small hiccup during our stay (as happens sometimes anywhere), but property was quick to respond and ensure we were well taken care of. Hope to stay here again soon!

Wonderful

Would stay here again. Sunset Park nearby for ritual watching of sunset and "Marathon Song" by neighbors in community. Everything we needed was close. People were friendly. Thank you!!

Perfect Place

The condo we stayed in was perfect. We love to walk and were able to walk to what turned into our favorite restaurants/bars. We saw the sunrise in the morning from the beach and walked the very short distance to Sunset Beach so see the sunset. We were able to rent kayaks and store them right on the beach. If we return to Marathon we will book this condo.

Communication with the host was wanting. Had to sign an agreement with company who manages the property. They said they sent it but I didn’t receive it. They sent it again and it came right to my in box. Arrived in Miami and inquired about check-in because I hadn’t received any info. No timely response. Headed toward the Keys. Still nothing. Called VRBO. They were very responsive and had to get in touch with property management for me. Finally, only 30 min out from the property (after stalling to have dinner-we had planned on eating in) we received a call. His first go to is that the email was sent and it must have went to the spam folder-as if I didn’t check that. He gave me the check-in code so we could get in but check-in information didn’t show up to my email for almost 2 hours. And it showed up right to my in box as I’m quite sure it didn’t do the ‘first time’ they sent it. After that things went well but left a bad taste. Admittedly, I should have verified check-in info before we left, but it has never been a problem in the past. VRBO was very responsive but this management company-not so much-unless your willing to wait.

4 day trip to the Keys

Everything went well until our flight to Key West was canceled because of the tropical storm. They would only refund 25% of the money I paid for the condo . That’s called theft in my book. Mother Nature had the tropical storm I had nothing to do with it. Ended up getting a flight to St. Petersburg and driving to the Keys. The condo was great and the pool and the private beach were Fantastic. The whole area in Marathon was Excellent! Changing flights and car rental cost us more, but we had a great time. We should have gotten a refund on the condo. Losing 75% of what I paid was not reasonable. 25% I could understand but 75 % was theft and we didn’t deserve it!!!

Hello Christine...Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, our pool does not have internal lighting which by city code prevents us from having it open after dusk. We will investigate this option the next time we upgrade the pool area. Thank you.

Great stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon stay here. We loved the sunrises and sunsets on the beach. The booking and checking in process was a breeze! Can’t wait to return in the near future!
