Great condo in Coco Plum, newly renovated, on a wide deepwater canal with private boat launch and trailer parking. Canal goes out to the Atlantic. There is a heated saltwater pool. It is l mile from sandy Coco Plum beach and a few miles from sandy Sombrero Beach park with facilities. There is a 7 day minimum rental. The rental rate of $134/night is for 2. Additional guests will be an additional charge of $15 per guest/per day. The maximum for guests is 4. Best fishing in summer months!

Coco Plum Pleasure

This was exactly what we expected. My husband & I came to fish. We had a wonderful week of fishing after 2 rainy days. It is technically off season in Marathon now so we felt like we were at a private resort for just us!Our condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated & clean. We met a few other couples who were very nice. We found a few great Happy Hours for dinner & drinks. (Castaway Waterfront, Dockside Boot Key Harbor, Island Fish Company)We look forward to a return visit!

Great location and facility

We had a wonderful time relaxing here A very nice and friendly neighborhood and close to several places of entertainment and beaches. The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable. We will definitely stay with them again

Excellent stay

This was our 3rd stay here. Owners are excellent to work with. The property is in a great location. It is nicely decorated and updated. Will definitely rent again!!

Returned for another fantastic stay!

My husband and I have stayed at this condo several years in a row. It’s always clean, quiet and exactly as described. Owners are easy to contact. Property amenities are perfect for us. Local restaurants, attractions and fishing spots are just a short drive away.

Great spot

We had a great stay. House was well stocked in kitchen and with towels etc. Met some really nice people. Located close to everything we needed and right on the water. Hope to come back soon.

Awesome condo

Our condo was everything that the description says it is. It was absolutely spotless. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. The view was absolutely gorgeous .we also enjoyed the pool and the boat ramp with the dock. The owner did everything to make our stay wonderful with her communication ,early check-in that we enjoyed. Will definitely rent again.

Great vacation!

My husband and I visit the Keys once a year and usually stay in Marathon. This is the first time we stayed at this location which we chose carefully because it had access to a boat slip. The condo was perfect for us! It was meticulously clean and was just as the photos depicted. The location was perfect because we rent a boat at Coco’s Boat Rental, which we highly recommend as well! The hosts were exceptionally easy to work with. We had not one issue! We will stay here again!

Perfect location!

The place was just what we wanted, had a relaxed vibe very clean. My husband was able to fish right there on the channel. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and as an added plus we had some manatee’s visit.

Fun Stay in Marathon

We had a lovely time in this condo. The location was very good for exploring the area around Marathon and even for a day trip to Key West. There was plenty of space for the two of us and we found the amenities to be comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied and we were able to cook many meals in the condo. We also enjoyed the perfectly heated pool and spotting a manatee swimming in the canal. Overall good experience and glad that we stayed here. Thank you.

Great stay once Again

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here at Coco Plum. The condo was spotless and has everything we need for a week's stay. The owner is wonderful and is always available if we needed anything. She is genuinely concerned that everything was provided as advertised. Only regret is that it was not available for our dates this year!

Another great stay!

We returned for another great stay here! The rental was clean and as pictured. Perfect for my husband and I. Quiet, safe and very relaxing. Location is close to plenty of great places to eat. (Or Native Taxi will deliver if you want to stay in!) The private boat ramp is a bonus on top of the dock! Bring your own boat or rent one and fish to your hearts content. If I could bring my dog, I may never leave! The value is unbeatable. Owner is easy to communicate with too! We will return.

Comfortable stay at quiet condo

My husband and I found the condo clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The kitchen had what we needed including items that we didn't have to buy like salt/pepper, plastic wrap, a few plastic containers, dish soap, paper towels, and a few kitchen garbage bags. Two kitchen towels and two sets of bath towels were appreciated so we didn't have to do laundry. Also appreciated two rolls of TP. The condo looks like it was newly remodeled with great kitchen and nice wood grain tile floor. Nice bathroom and bedroom. We enjoyed the balcony, pool area, and covered patio on the side of docks. We found the condo and neighborhood very quiet. Area is very nice and safe to walk/jog. Walking distance of Coco Plum public beach. Good location to explore upper and lower keys. Marathon has two nice grocery stores not far from condo. We recommend this condo and would stay there again, when we return to the keys.

Nice for a short stay

The condo itself has the wow factor as soon as you open the door. There are 2 reasons why we gave it a four star. The first reason is that it listed a grill to use and we when arrived there and texted the manager, we were informed that the "outdoor grill is no longer available". For some people this might not be a big thing, but for us we love grilling. Secondly, the bed was too hard for our liking. That is just our personal preference. Everything else was fantastic and I would recommend people staying at this beautiful condo.

Nice little place right outside the hustle bustle

Place was nice and everything you need you need for a place in the keys. Central location on the islands, quite neighborhood, deep canal with lots of fish and wildlife.

Exactly As Described

This location was great and exactly as described. We had a great week of fishing and relaxing. If you have your own boat or rent they have a launch/dock right in front of the unit. Parking is abundant and unit is very clean and kitchen fully equipped.

We live in the Destin area in Florida but we have been going to the Keys for more than 30 years at Christmas. We always camped at the state parks which are really hard to book, so we decided to finally buy a place where a boat can be docked. Our son is also a captain and teaches sailing in Key Largo when he can.
