From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll fall in love with the character and warmth of this one-of-a-kind home. Discover beautiful stained-glass windows, a working fireplace, five inviting bedrooms, and a master bathroom featuring a luxurious jetted claw-foot tub.

The newly renovated kitchen, complete with granite countertops, is ready for everything from leisurely breakfasts to memorable family dinners. Gather around the table in the formal dining room, or head to the enormous family room for a little friendly competition at the pool table. When it’s time to unwind, enjoy movie nights on the 75-inch home theater with surround sound!

Your Own Private Heated Saltwater Pool!

Make a splash in our brand-new, in-ground heated fiberglass saltwater pool! With both solar heating and propane heat, we’ve extended the swimming season well into October. The pool water is maintained at a delightful 82 degrees, so you can enjoy a refreshing swim even when the Maine air turns crisp.

As evening settles in, gather around the custom-built gas fire pit. Share stories, toast the evening, and enjoy the company of family and friends under the beautiful Downeast sky. It’s the perfect way to end a day of Maine adventures!

The house and property was fantastic. Gino was fantastic to deal with and extremely quick to respond to any messages. We will definitely be going back there again next year.

Spacious place with plenty of room for our crew….6 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen had all the essentials and some spices and other goodies you don’t always find in a rental. Outdoor pool was so fun and we lucked out with great weather to enjoy it in October! Geno was a great host and easy to get in touch with. Really great stay

This property, as great as it looked on line, was even more wonderful in person!Spacious, clean, very well maintained!The pool is amazing and the interior spaces very warm and welcoming. Great spot for a relaxing getaway!Geno, the host, was fantastic to deal with--responsive, kind, and knowledgeable.I would certainly hope to stay here again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.Strongly recommend!

What an incredible stat! The house is airy and well-appointed! Geno is responsive and friendly! The location and amenities can’t be beat! Amazing kitchen for cooking family meals, lots of shared space for socializing, and comfy beds! The pool is a definite highlight! The location is incredible. We walked into town every morning. We stay in lined every year and this was the best! Thank you so much for the best family vacation!

Gino was a gracious host and got us what we needed in a timely manner. Our only discomfort was the musty odor in the kitchen cupboards. It was quite strong. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us and Gino provided many different types of games so the kids were never bored.Overall, a very peasant stay.

10/10 will stay there again!! We had 7 adults and we had plenty of space to work and hang out. The wifi was great, we got our fill of FIFA and the location is perfect. The house is beautiful and we uses the grill for dinner one night and the pool one day. We were there for BFIM and loved how close we were to the buses and the finish. Geno was the perfect host, able to answer any questions super fast!! Loved it all

This house was perfect and beautiful! We enjoyed the pool the most, and it was right next door to where our friends were getting married so it was very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was a perfect size for my group. The host responded quickly to messages. Some of the rooms had dirty sheets and a bandaid was found in one of the beds so we had to change the sheets. Overall a great area and a beautiful house.

The house was amazing! Lots of Victorian decor. Centrally located in Lubec to all the tourist attractions we were interested in seeing. Geno was a great host. When we had a problem with lighting the outside firepit, he came over in no time. A plus experience. We enjoyed the pool and pool table the last day of our stay.

Roomy rental

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely house. There was plenty of room to relax. The heated in ground salt water pool was a great spot to unwind at the end of the day. We enjoyed walking to the Lubec Brewing Company and local shops. I would recommend that visitors bring their passports as the bridge to Campobello Island is so close! We hope to rent again next year!

Nice but not close

We were there for a funeral and VRBO listed this house as 4 miles from Eastport, where our family lived. Lubec is 4 miles away from Eastport by sea not by land. Otherwise the house was gorgeous, the host was wonderful, and the town was lovely.

Delightful DownEast Reunion

My extended family had wonderful stay. The house was spacious allowing for togetherness and time for quiet retreat. My children loved playing in the heated pool. My husband appreciated the high speed internet as he was working remotely. The house is conveniently located to downtown. Geno was incredibly responsive to all inquires and made us feel so welcomed into the space. A wonderful spot to connect with family and nature!

Relaxing Oasis in a Lovely town

Geno's house is a relaxing oasis we could have spent our entire vacation at. Indoors is lovingly restored with comfortable amenities, a billiard table and musical instruments. We never even turned the TV on! The patio, complete with propane fireplace, heated pool and more comfy furniture was our favorite spot for coffee, reading, and playing. When not relaxing at the house, we were able to walk everywhere Lubec had to offer. Geno was a terrific and friendly host. We would definitely stay here again!

Lubec Family Vacation

Our family stayed a week in Lubec in this gorgeous 5 bedroom Victorian home. There’s plenty of room to come together for meals or to enjoy the pool/patio or to watch the Olympics on the huge screen, but there are also lots of spaces for some quiet time, like the beautiful window seats-great for summer reading! and the chess nook in a little alcove upstairs. The area is so beautiful! We loved sunsets at the Fishermen’s Landing and hiking at the East Quoddy Lighthouse and Campobello Canada. Geno was a super host-he gave us a friendly welcome and information about the area and was very responsive if we needed help with anything. We had a wonderful vacation here!

A Special Spot in Downtown Lubec

Geno’s Victorian home in downtown Lubec is truly a special place. It comfortably accommodated our family of four, along with three members of our extended family.We spent our days exploring Lubec and nearby Campobello Island, and it was such a treat to return each afternoon for a swim in the pool. During our stay, we made sure to visit The Narrow Escape for lattes and treats, and enjoyed drinks and dinner at Cohill’s.One of the highlights of the house was the spacious kitchen and warm dining room, which made it easy and enjoyable to cook and share family meals together.Geno is a welcoming and responsive host, always quick to reply to any questions we had.This was our second stay at this beautiful home, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

First of all, Geno is a pure delight and wonderful host. He was always available and responsive. Very cool guy! The house was very clean and so comfortable. The Primary Bedroom and enauite bathroom was lovely. The bathtub was my favorite part of the whole house! I wanted to take it home with me. The pool and outdoor fire pit are fabulous! The only thing I would have expected for this quality of a place was nice soap, lotions and shampoos. There was none of that. I also thought there would be coffee but there wasn’t. I was glad I brought my own. And there were no coffee filters. All in all—I would HIGHLY recommend this property and just visiting Lubec. It is magical!Thank you Geno! You created a beautiful escape for anyone who chooses to stay at your property. I am definitely bringing my family next time.

Perfect Getaway

The description of this house is spot on. Well kept victorian within walking distance to the town center, to the IGA, a church, the restaurants and water. The kitchen was perfect for this family, all we had to provide was the food and cook it. The family room with pool table was great, especially on our one rainy day. Want to read, you can sit in the beautifully living room. The master bedroom was so large with its spa-like bathroom, with a jetted tub. All the bedrooms were a great size for all of us. The yard in the front is spacious. We had the babies out there enjoying the weather. It's a one minute drive to the bridge and border to go to Campobello Island in Canada. Having a washer and dryer was fantastic because we could bring less clothing and then go home with clean clothes. The pictures of the house are what the house truly looks like. Take a chance it's worth it!

Great layout and location in Lubec but not as clean as we had expected

The space, location and layout of this house was really nice for our group of seven friends and we had a great week. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The heat was not working downstairs upon arrival, but he had a repairman come in to fix it and he also came over immediately when we were having trouble turning the fire pit on. House seemed neat and tidy when we first arrived, but we quickly noticed the floors were not well swept or vacuumed and both a coffee table and side table had remnants of smeared food on them. Several of the beds had dirty sheets (dirt, sand, stains) and some lacked mattress covers. So we spent the first day of our vacation washing sheets and remaking beds. The owner seemed shocked by our report (and did give us a small refund in the end) but we truly wonder if a cleaning crew had come in between us and the previous renters. This VRBO did not ruin our time in darling Lubec, but for the amount we paid we certainly expected better.
