The floors quickly got our bare feet dirty and the bedding was stained in places and seemed dusty. We booked this unit because it was listed dog friendly. Be sure to read the long initial email in full. There was information about pets, but it was halfway through the information. I missed it and found out the day before we left that we could not bring our dogs, creating more cost to us for this trip. The unit is very well placed to have fun on the island.

Great Place To Stay

Had a great experience at Bermuda Bungalows. Our unit was clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub were great and just steps away from the front door of our unit. Very convenient to beach and easy drive to West Palm for evening activities.

Was not happy with this property. My whole family had rashes and itchy legs/arms. Owner was called and told. Owner said "they never had anyone complain of this before and it couldn't be from their pool". We also were not happy with the remote control for the TV (no batteries) and neighbors were out in the pool area past midnight. Then, the owner accused us of having 10 people stay in our place. Apparently, there are cameras there. Will never stay here again! The place was too small and the laundry was right in the living space, making it too loud!!!

I loved the use of gate/door code so that you didn't have to keep up with the key. I loved the pool and hot tub area - felt private but you were still part of the neighborhood. Love the accessibility of the neighborhood.

Great location with everything you need

The location was great with the beach and restaurants and shops just a couple blocks away. It was also nice to have a pool and hot tub to jump into. All the essentials were provided. The only con I would say was that the washing machine was extremely loud. No problem if I just started it before we left though.

Great spot for short-term stay

We stayed for two nights with our family of 4 (two adults and kids ages 5 & 7). The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our family. The pool area is especially nice; we weren't sure how a shared pool would work but the other guests were respectful. The apartment includes basic kitchen amenities but is not well suited for cooking a full meal (which was fine with us). The location is excellent with great proximity to stores, restaurants, and beaches. The hosts were responsive to our inquiries and did their best to make our stay pleasant.

Cute but needs a little more attention to details

Check in was easy. Our stay was during Ian so the pool and hot tub were full of debris and it took two days for that to be cleaned. We checked in later in the day / evening so it was very disappointing that the unit #4 was dirty the floor had not been swept or mopped. I was exhausted but went ahead and swept the floor. I advised the owner who said the cleaner could come the next morning but we did not want to hassle with that. Then getting into bed it was discovered that two of the pillows had yellow stains on them - YUCK! Again I advised the owner and they were replaced the next day but still! And no compensation was offered for us doing their QA. The walls are thin so you can hear noises from the other units. It was overall a decent stay but I would not stay there again.

Thank you for the feedback. We immediately offered to correct the issues noted and go above and beyond to make it perfect all the while during a very busy hurricane week but our housekeepers were denied access. Thank you for staying with us at Bermuda Bungalows.

Pleasant Stay with a Few Hiccups

Our family enjoyed the pool at this property, making it a fun stay for our children. However, we encountered a few minor hiccups during our visit. The check-in process was a bit frustrating. The gate code we had received prior to our arrival was outdated, leaving us waiting outside while we tried to figure out the correct access. While the owner responded promptly to our inquiry, the initial delay was a bit unsettling.Later that evening, a large group gathered in the hot tub outside our room, creating a disturbance with loud noise and inappropriate language. Though the property manager addressed the situation, the incident left us feeling a bit uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. The kitchen was also a bit sparsely equipped. We found ourselves short on utensils and lacking serving bowls, which required frequent use of the dishwasher – which, I must admit, was quite loud.Despite these minor inconveniences, the property's location was a definite plus. We were within easy reach of Riviera Beach and found several good dining options nearby.Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciate the pool and the convenient location

It was a cute property. I felt very secure having a code to get in the front gate and parking was right there in front. I was traveling with my 16 yo son for baseball games all week and this was a perfect fit for us. We each had a bedroom, I loved having a small kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Having a washer/dryer right in the kitchen next to the bathroom was much needed and appreciated. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was fast and strong, loved it on very hot days. The place felt clean and well taken care of.

5 Star Family Vacation

We just returned from Bermuda Bungalows where we ended up renting out all the units for our family to stay while attending my sister-in-law's wedding. I could not have been more pleased with the property and our stay. Everything is exactly as pictured, and the hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful with any questions/requests that came up. The pool and hot tub are amazing and I was pleasantly surprised that even though some of the bedrooms border the pool area, if you wanted to relax or take a nap while others were playing outside, you could barely hear the outside noise from inside the condos. The layout was perfect when traveling with a large group as we were able to all congregate outside together, but also have our own spaces in each condo. We all discussed how we would love to return again.
