This property is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything that you need to have a great relaxing time without even leaving the home. I had to contact Captain Julie a couple times and communication with her was excellent. The Keurig coffee pot was not working. She had a new one delivered, even though I told her it wasn’t no big deal for us to use the dip coffee pot. Great host! If we go back to the area, definitely would stay at this property again.

Absolute 5-star experience! The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after a long day of exploring. The host was exceptionally communicative, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed while respecting our privacy. The location was perfect, quiet but close to all the local attractions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

This house has been THE best vacation property we've rented to date. The house is very homey and comfortable, even the beds. The pool was awesome and the beach access with kayaks included was so fun. My son fished all week and couldn't wait until the tide went out every night to do so. From the house it was easy to get to surrounding areas and beaches. If you are looking for a family and dog friendly house that has literally everything you need for a wonderful getaway, this is the place to stay. Thank you Captain Julia for a great week!

The location and outdoor space was absolutely awesome! Sunsets were lovely just as others shared. The kitchen was well appointed and check-in was effortless and easy which was very welcome after a LONG day of travel.

Kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The pool was amazing and actually heated enough for me to swim. I wish it had a gas grill but we did use the blackstone for a wonderful shishkabob dinner! So secluded on its dead end street. In the backyard with the lake views and pool it definitely did not feel like you were in a neighborhood at all! I would definitely book again.

What you see in the pictures is what you get! I am always leery on booking accommodations based on descriptions and pictures. Casa Encantada met every expectation. The pool area is world class! The house is wonderfully decorated with an ocean theme and there is plenty of room for alone time when the family starts getting on your nerves. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc to assist with your wildest creations. While dolphin were not seen, a 5 minute kayak paddle put us in the middle of feeding manatee. The home is clean and bugs were never encountered. I highly recommend this property.

I had high expectations for this house based on the description in the pictures, but it still exceeded my expectations. The place was immaculately clean and so well equipped both the terms of the kitchen, and also outdoor activities such as kayaks and bikes. The property is very close to really nice restaurants and other activities, but it is also the kind of place that is great to just stay at and relax and never leave. It’s very private and quiet. The owners were great in terms of communication and accessibility. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout, pretty views of the Manatee River, and all the thoughtful amenities provided.The resort-style pool was the highlight of our trip... perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting. We also loved having access to the kayaks and bikes, which allowed us to explore the area and make the most of the beautiful surroundings. The pool table provided hours of fun for our group as well.The home itself is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The huge kitchen was a dream, fully equipped and ideal for preparing meals and gathering together. Every room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.The location is gorgeous, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and outdoor recreation. Whether enjoying coffee by the river, taking a kayak out on the water, or spending the day by the pool, there was always something to enjoy.We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale getaway. We would gladly stay here again!

Lots to do & gorgeous sunsets!

The house is perfect for teenagers/kids, it has bikes, kayaks, pool table, games, and a beautiful pool! We loved watching the sunset every night right in the backyard! This is a perfect house to rent!
