Beautiful home and yard. We enjoyed everything about the home as well as the amazing pool. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. Owner was responsive and so thoughtful.

Family trip

Amazing property and owner. Mary is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Check in was smooth and so was our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

A great house and location

Out family stayed at this property for two weeks and we had an awesome time. Very private and safe area. The beach is so close and the quality of the water is just amazing.

When we rented this home, we hit the VRBO lottery. Beautiful home, steps from private beach, great for families and couples alike. Gorgeous pool and spa to cool down of the evenings, and the owners are the BEST- Quick to answer and help with anything possible to make your trip an unforgettable experience. Will definitely visit again in the future!

Absolutely Wonderful

This home is beautiful and the location is stunning. Enjoyed 3 weeks spending time in the beautiful pool and spa, Relaxed on the private beach and Nokomis beach nearby. Looking forward to returning to Nokomis next Winter!

Great house and location

Very nice. Very accommodating and quiet neighborhood. It was close to stores and numerous restaurants. Will definitely stay there again. The property owner was very nice and helpful.

Wonderful house close tot he beach

We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect, and only steps from the beach. The homeowner was responsive and checked in a couple times during our two week stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property. Excellent host.

Great well stocked home with a fantastic pool and spa. Short easy walk to small but uncrowded beach area. We stayed 2 weeks and only saw other beachgoers twice. Impressive low key neighborhood. 5 star pool. Great communication with host. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful vacation spot

This home & its location are beautiful. Amazing pool/spa & stocked household. Mary Jo was a responsive & friendly host.I do have to point out some important details that future guests might like to know. This home has lots of dangerous steps, into almost every room of the house. Definitely not suitable for little ones or elderly. The home also has expensive items. The host left a 1,000 vintage standing lamp in the middle of the master bedroom which ended up getting broken & we had to pay to replace. The house is full of the owners locked cabinets/closets so we were unsure why they would leave something so valuable in such a bad location. Beach is walking distance which we were very excited about but this beach is not safe for kids to play/swim at. It is filled with debris & abandoned demolished homes from the hurricanes. The water is rough w/ a big drop off. If you want a beach day, plan to go to another beach. Additionally there was red tide we were not informed about or told to check. The internet worked for only the first week of our stay. The septic tank was full to the brim. Toilets were bubbling in the bathrooms. They had to come clean the septic in the middle of our BBQ on a 80 degree day. Took hours & the smell was awful. We could not be outside the rest of the afternoon. The cleaning responsibilities are lengthy for such a high cleaning fee. Lastly there is only one living room not two like listed. They photographed the same room twice decorated differently.

A slice of heaven!

This was, by far, the best VRBO stay I’ve had to date. Mary Jo was wonderful to work with -great communication from her on so many fronts and sincere in wanting our experience to be the best. The house was perfect for us with larger areas for us to gather but plenty of room to “escape” for some quiet time. The beach access was convenient but challenging for anyone with mobility issues. However, we made good use of the public beach, which isn’t very far away and enjoyed the beautiful drive to get there. I really can’t say enough positive things about the experience. It was a sheer delight!

Relaxation

The property is just wonderful. Stocked well. Heated pool & hot tub. Short walk to the private beach. Comfortable. Roomy. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beach House!

This beach house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! My family and I had a wonderful time enjoying the quiet and secluded area of Casey Key Beach. This rental is beautifully landscaped and interior of the house is well maintained. The house was clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed and then some. We throughly enjoyed the pool and spa each day and loved the convenience of having a private pool in our backyard. We spent many hours relaxing in the large air conditioned patio space. The entrance to the private beach was a short walk across the street which was very convenient as well. The owner, Mary Jo, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions. I highly recommend this rental and I am looking forward to staying again in the future! Thank you Mary Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property!

A hidden gem

This property and setting is absolutely divine. It was the perfect relaxing getaway we were looking for. The location is epic, and it’s surroundings are well kept and manicured. We had our own private beach located just across the street (no public access) and watched the sunset almost every night. When we didn’t make the sunset we enjoyed the new pool and spa. It was a very calming and quiet environment. The owner was very responsive and proactive. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We’ll be back!

Perfect Pandemic Getaway!

Great location! Lovely landscaping! Beautiful pool with hot tub. Just across road from gulf of Mexico beaches that are private. House was well stocked and perfect for our family's Christmas break. Plenty of room for our family of four (even had a spare bedroom!)The Lanai was huge and was a focal center of our time there. I would book it again the next time I go!

Fun Family Beach Escape

Just returning from a fabulous vacation on beautiful Casey Key. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to gather and to space out. Having 2 fully equipped kitchens to prepare Thanksgiving dinner was amazing. We were also able to smoke ham and turkey in the Big Green Egg. It was a quick walk to the beach. We never missed a sunset. We really enjoyed the privacy and convenience of having a heated pool and hot tub in the backyard. The large screened in porch was our favorite spot for game nights. The owner, Mary Jo, was responsive and helpful with all my questions.
