A historical building in downtown Cheboygan with all the modern updates. Views of the Cheboygan river and a one minute walk from downtown shopping and eating. Beautiful Lake Huron is only a 5 minute walk away. Trailheads for biking, walking and snowmobiling a few blocks away! Area ski mountains- a 40 minute drive! Two bedrooms and one bath with full kitchen and washer and dryer. Please note that the property is on the second floor; meaning there is one flight of stairs to ascend.

Nice little apartment. Very clean and conveniently located to walk to restaurants and downtown area. This worked out perfectly for our family. The only fault I can report would be that the kitchen is not adequately supplied for cooking.

This apartment could not have been cleaner. It was beautifully decorated and well supplied. The towels were exceptional!

1st trip to Cheboygan

Able to visit downtown with family, have good food, and take in a show at the Historic Opera House. Beautiful location in a lovely town.

Absolutely Perfect!

Amazing spot in a great location! Right off downtown with parking and made our stay in Cheboygan such a great weekend! Very easy communication with the owners who were very accommodating!

We LOVED this apartment in Cheboygan so much. It is the loveliest place. The layout and decor are perfect! The bed and furniture were both very comfortable. We had no issues as stated in other reviews about the drawbridge. We love the black out rollers too! We slept until noon! We also had a perfect view of 4th of July fireworks out our window. The town is also amazing! We enjoyed the Cheboygan Brewery, the Greek food truck at the brewery, The Pig ‘n Whistle, Queens Head, and Johnnie’s. We would love to come back and go to a show at the Lark Theater. So charming! The town was filled with live music! We really enjoyed listening to Jakey T. and Hillbilly’s band. We cannot wait to come back to Cheboygan!!!

Charm and Comfort abound

My mom and I stayed for 3 nights in this cozy, quaint, charming, and perfectly located rental. Check-in was beyond easy, the amenities were thoughtfully precise with everything we needed- the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom all perfectly stocked. The view and access to the best the town has to offer is hard to beat. The owner goes above and beyond with small details like a well curated welcome guide, games for all ages, and detergent pods for laundry and the dishwasher. My mom raved about our vacation "home" from the moment we got there to days beyond our stay.Things to consider:1. There is some traffic noise right outside. It didn't bother us but it might for a light sleeper.2. There was live music at a nearby bar until midnight on Thursday that we could hear inside. It was enjoyable for me, and I even walked to the park across the street to get a better listen, but light sleepers beware.3. As it says in the description (I believe), you access the condo by stairs. It's not wheelchair accessible.If we find ourselves back in Northern Michigan, I wouldn't hesitate to book again. This place is it! We even got to meet one of the neighbors and OMG everyone we came in contact with was extremely welcoming. Thank you, from Texas!

Cheboygan Reunion!

Wonderful place to stay as part of our 40th high school reunion. Such a great remodel of this building space. Cheboygan in general is a gem once again.

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great time in this place. The location is great and the place was easy to find. Just the noise and shaking bothered us a little when a vehicle passes by the bridge.

Great stay!

Property was everything we expected and more. It was clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. Communication with host was quick and easy. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

Summer 2022 - Cheboygan, MI Weekend

Greatly exceeded our expectations, great location, convenient to all downtown and nearby locations. Exceptional comfort, has everything anyone would need. Very easy to work with owner and replied back very quickly with questions we had ahead of stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting into the area and will be first site to look at again for future trips into the area.

Nice downtown get away

Beautiful property, looks to be a recent remodel and nicely done. Great location right downtown and close to everything. It is on a busy road and next to the drawbridge so if you're looking for silence and wanting to sleep in I would think twice but it didn't bother us and we would definitely rent again.

Beautiful apartment close to downtown Cheboygan on the river

This was the cutest apartment very close to downtown Cheboygan and City Beach! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! I highly recommend! Very clean and cozy. I lover everything about this place. So much, that I want to buy something very similar!

Wonderful stay at a well appointed apartment

Wonderful modern, clean and well provisioned apartment, everything you need as a base for exploring Cheboygan and the surrounding areas, or for a relaxing and quiet getaway! Kitchen and utensils well stocked if you just wish to "cook at home" during your stay, with a large fridge/freezer, and clean and spacious kitchen. Apartment is modern yet cozy, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a trip at a home away from home. Would stay here again, and highly recommend!

Great location!

This property was perfect for the four of us. It was in a great location for us to visit 12 state parks in Michigan and Canada. The box fans were great tuning out the traffic out front. My only suggestion would be to have some Tupperware for leftovers.
