This property is a gem!!! Not only is it gorgeous , it's ideally located between two major freeways. It’s within 5-10 minutes of an abundance of restaurants and shopping and just 25-30 minutes from Austin, 30 minutes from Lake Travis, 1 hour from the Hill Country with great wineries and antiquing, and 90 minutes from Waco's Silos.
Surrounded by beauty:
The whole property, inside and out, has been thoughtfully designed with hosting in mind to create spaces that are both beautiful to look at but also functional and comfortable. Surrounded by nature you will find peace and tranquility in abundance. Deer visit daily along with squirrels, birds, and even an occasional peacock sighting. You can begin your day with coffee in the morning watching the sun rise poolside while listening to the waterfall and end your day on our spacious front porch sipping your favorite beverage watching the sun go down. Over 200 guests have been hosted on this property in the last three years and our reviews speak for themselves-people LOVE it here!
The large kitchen:
The kitchen was just renovated and has all new high-end appliances. We keep our kitchen stocked and loaded with all that you need.Along with your basics like soap, dishwasher pods, and paper towel, we also leave baggies, foil, parchment paper, and you are welcome to use our spices as well. We also have a top-of-the-line RO for delicious drinking water. There is ample seating in the kitchen at the island as well as the window seat and the views from both are stunning!
Office:
There’s a large desk and 2 other built-in desks where you can work or the kids can draw or play at. We have great WiFi! Our guests love this about our properties!!
Comfy Bedrooms/Baths:
There are 4 roomy bedrooms in the Manor House and 3.5 baths. The cottage has an additional bed and pullout as well as a kitchen and dining area. What’s so cool about this property is you essentially have 3 master bedrooms. It makes traveling in groups so nice!!
The Master: King bed with a lovely sitting area, and a decorative spiral staircase, large smart TV with Youtubetv (all your standard cable channels), Disney+, and Netflix. The master bath has a double shower, double sinks, separate toilet room, and a vanity.
Bedroom 2 & 3: These 2 rooms have a Jack & Jill bathroom with a deep modern tub/shower and glass enclosure. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed and bedroom 3 has bunk beds.
Bedroom 4: This room has 2 double beds, a very large closet where 2 portable twin beds are stored and can be moved wherever people want to sleep (upstairs only). There is also a sink in the room as well as a tub/shower and toilet.
***all bathrooms have white towels, hand towels, and face cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and of course, toilet paper. We also provide cotton swabs and q-tips!!***
Living Room-
Large screen TV with Youtubetv, Disney+, and Netflix. A large comfortable leather sectional with electric recliners awaits your TV viewing. An upright classic piano awaits those who love playing keys.
Laundry Room-
We have a deep sink in the laundry room along with LG front loaders and Tide pods that you are able to use during your stay.
‘The Great’ Outdoors:
This property boasts a huge backyard and entertaining area.
There are 2 round tables, 6 recliners, 2 umbrellas, ample seating, a mobile fire pit surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs, a treehouse with a swing, climbing rope, and a sitting area with chalkboard for the explorers and artists in your group, a hammock for all your leisurely reading and dreaming, a pool with waterfall and hot tub, and a large Weber grill for the grill masters.
Huge Front Porch: lanterns for ambient lighting in the evenings, ample seating, relaxing and cozy, and beautiful foliage (when in season).
This property is a private property on 2 beautiful acres, with plenty of space to roam. We also live off of a dead end street so there is not a lot of traffic.

Cottage Studio:
Wake up refreshed in this open-plan guest studio featuring a private kitchen, vaulted cathedral ceilings, neutral tones, queen bed, pull out couch, large screen tv, dining table and chairs for 4 & seating in kitchen for 6.
Additional Information: we have lots of board games for your game enthusiasts, drawing supplies for your artists, and a few toys for kiddos who want something to play with.
Things to be aware of:
-if you are booking and want a HEATED POOL you will need to pay $100 per night fee for the entirety of your stay. We do not offer heating of the pool from mid-May through October-it's Texas, and we want to keep the pool refreshing for everyone during the hot months.
-Use of the heated spa is part of your booking year round, no additional fees charged for its use.
-we are not responsible for power outages, and weather patterns, things of this nature, and therefore no refund will be given for something completely out of our control*
- no discounts or cancelations are allowed because something was broken by a previous guest and there wasn’t enough time to fix it before your arrival. We address ALL issues as soon as is humanly possible. Examples of this would be things like the heated spa/hot tub, a broken chair, some gadget in the kitchen, etc., if it’s humanly possible to fix it before your arrival you can rest assured it will be fixed.
-There will be a handful of places in the house where owners belongings will be stored and locked. Everything else is available for your use. Plenty of space will be available for all your things. Guests are not allowed to use the detached garage.
-We are ideally located. We are countryside and get all the perks of the relaxing country life, but with all the city perks. There's a starbucks, HEB Grocery Store (if you're not from Texas, this is our main local grocery store and you're in for a treat!), and Walmart/Target/Costco 5-10 minutes away along with tons of places to eat and shop within 5-10 minutes.
-All your normal city transportation options are available. It's best to bring your vehicle but guests have used Uber or Lyft to get them around.
-We will be staying close by so if anything comes up we will be able to address it.
