Quiet neighborhood

Nice clean place that is close to the beach. Lots of great dining close by. Easy to communicate with the owner.

I could go on for pages, but I think the specific review items tell the tale. My wife and I spent a month in the rental house between January and February 2024. We could not have done better so far as attentive landlords go. Gina and Dave were friendly and very easy to work with. Any issues that cropped up, and small things always do, were handled immediately. In fact - texts to Gina were always responded to within minutes of our sending one. The pictures of the house are bang on representative of what you actually get once you are there. We would not hesitate to recommend staying at this house or have Gina and Dave as landlords, again. Thank you!

Nice and cozy house

We really enjoyed the beautiful and cozy house. It was clean and well established. The heated pool was our highlight. We had everything what we need. The contact to Gina was easy and she helped us very much.

Beautiful updated home

Beautiful home, gorgeous pool, comfy beds. Great place for people traveling with kids. Only thing that would be nice is the patio cleaned, lots of dirt that was hard to avoid tracking into the house.

My husband Dave and I moved here from the Detroit area 10 years ago as seasonal residents and moved here full-time two years ago. I don't miss the snow! I love the vacation rental business and it shows! I am a "clean freak" and want my guests to enjoy staying at my properties that I take tremendous pride in. This home has everything you need and want to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Entirely remodeled with all new appliances and furniture with comfortable high quality Beautyrest mattresses. Ideal location is less than a 5-minute drive to two gorgeous beaches! Vanderbilt Beach is a family-friendly pristine beach. Ride your bike or park your car in the huge parking garage that allows for a short walk to a prime spot to hang out all day with beachside casual dining restaurants nearby. Outdoor oceanside dining at The Turtle Club Restaurant or a short beach walk to Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz Carlton. Go for an early morning walk on the beach and discover the beautiful shells the tide brings. Kiosk at the entrance to the beach to rent paddle boards, jet skis, or parasailing or rent a covered cabana for shade. Delnor-Wiggins State Park is also a 5-minute drive from the house. When you prefer a more quiet, natural beach setting, this is the perfect beach to enjoy sunsets and quiet walks. It is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts for walking trails and bird watching. Bikes, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are included at the house to take to the beaches.
The house is newly totally remodeled inside and out. We provide fresh linens and fresh thick towels. Enjoy the large screen Smart TV above the electric fireplace in the huge living room, complete with large leather sectional the whole family can relax in. Smart TV in middle bedroom features a comfortable pull out sofa and direct access to the pool area. The huge Primary Bedroom with EnSuite Bath also has direct access to the pool area with slider glass door wall. The second bedroom features a queen bed with full bathroom directly across from it. The huge pool and lanai is perfect for family barbecues and pool days. New fence gives you complete privacy while enjoying the beautiful landscaping.
Minutes to shopping, restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. Whole Foods and Mercato shopping center are within walking distance.

Large Primary Bedroom features a remote work area complete with desk/chair overlooking the pool area. Renovations completed July 6th, 2022. Book soon as dates are going fast. This is a very popular area for vacation rentals due to the prime beach locations and fabulous restaurants nearby. LAFitness gym is nearby and you can purchase visits to use the gym. Nearby bike shops to rent additional bikes if needed.
