This is more than a condo. The owners hand crafted some of the furniture and every decoration found throughout the house. New flooring throughout. The custom kitchen features granite counters and bar top. The dinning room table seats six comfortably. The living room offer views of the patio and lagoon, as well as the large Television, with a DVD player. The living area joins to a windowed sun room with lots of additional room to stretch your legs. The guest room sports split twin beds, large walk in closet, with an adjoined full bath with a marble countertop. The master offers a king sized bed, television, walk-in closet. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers and master has separate powder area with sink, behind two hand built barn doors. Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 full sized sofas, 2 love seats, air mattress available which is located in the guest bedroom closet.

A short walk from The Pier Village and Neptune Park, this community features a large pool with sun bathing area and tennis courts. A lovely waterway winds throughout the complex dotted by fountains, turtles, fish, and ducks which can be enjoyed on the back patio (yes, there is a gas grill)! A short walk, or bike ride (yes, we have 4 bikes included!) brings you to The Village Pier and Neptune Park, a bustling hub of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and family fun. No matter your mood, the Pier Village has it all. WANT ADVENTURE? Visit St. Simons Island famous Lighthouse and make the 129 step trek to the top. Walk the over sized pier and enjoy the beautiful views. Play on the massive playground, challenge your family in putt-putt golf, dive into the Neptune Park Fun Zone, a massive aquatic playscape that kids WILL LOVE. Parents love the peace of mind as there are numerous life guards on duty and the whole complex is fenced with a monitored gate (think Chuck-e-cheese in the water).
