Beach Haven - Family Friendly beach house

Welcome to Beach Haven!

  Escape to this family friendly beach rental located in the Windswept Acres neighborhood of Crescent Beach. Our sunny little beach house is surrounded by locals and only a short walk to beach for surf or the IntraCoastal for a sunset stroll, this will quickly become a favorite! 

Once you step inside from the covered porch you will instantly feel relaxed. The living areas have several seating options great for reading, conversation or a family game night. Snuggle up on the couch in front of the large screen TV and catch a romantic movie. There are three bedrooms which provide the perfect place to dream of the next days adventure. Guest bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen size bed. Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is easily accessible to bedrooms and living rooms. Our 2nd guest bedroom has a a full size mattress plus trundle for the kiddos. The Master Retreat features a King size bed, its own private bathroom with full size shower and dual vanities.  

Ready to cook up the days fresh catch? Thats a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen which has all the essentials needed for meal prep. Don't forget about the grill on the back veranda, which has not only has outdoor seating with umbrellas but is a fully fenced yard perfect for the kids or furry friends to run around in and let off some steam. Housed in our backyard shed is the bikes and beach accessories we encourage you to use while here visiting! 

There is an additional pet fee, please let us know - Pet fee $200.00. Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

** Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
