'Beaches Be Sippin' is an extravagant, newly remodeled home in Destiny by the Sea just one block away from the beach. This gorgeous three-story house features an open living space with coastal colors and luxury design and a private pool and spa tub. The spacious rooftop deck boasts beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico so guests can kick back and unwind while watching the sunset. Some other amazing features of this property include a wine room, complete with multiple wine refrigerators and multiple balconies. Step into luxury at 'Beaches Be Sippin''!

Upon entry into this beautiful home, vaulted ceilings with intricate design will immediately take your breath away. Beautiful natural light flows in from the many windows strategically placed in the living space. Sit around the fireplace and watch a good movie or host game night in the spacious living room. The second-floor balcony also overlooks the beautiful living space. The attention to design and detail continues as you make your way into the coastal-style kitchen, complete with a circular island, beautiful seafoam cabinetry, and marble countertops. High-end stainless-steel appliances line the kitchen and a wine room with five full-sized wine coolers is located just on the other side of the bar. Guests can sit around the formal dining room with seating for eight and enjoy all of their meals family-style. Step out onto the balcony for access to another outdoor dining table and chairs overlooking the private pool.

Take the private elevator up to the second floor where you'll find the sleeping arrangements. The master suite is located on this floor and features a spacious room with chic decor, a fireplace, and balcony access. The master bathroom boasts a beautiful design with pebble accents around a jetted tub and inside the walk-in shower. His and her vanities are accentuated with high-end fixtures and beautiful blue shelves. The walk-in closet in the master is also furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed for additional sleeping. A bedroom just off the den is also located on this floor in the form of a built-in twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids with a full built-in staircase!

The rest of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor as well as seating space for guests to gather. The seating space features a bar and bench seating in the center of the rest of the bedrooms. The king bedrooms sleeps two with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bunk room is perfect for kids with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, one with a twin trundle and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The final king suite also has a private bathroom and sleeps two more guests.

One of the best parts of this home is the rooftop terrace which boasts beautiful views of Destin and the Gulf of Mexico! There's plenty of seating including a sofa and chairs and a bar table with seating for four. Have a glass of wine with a view and enjoy the company and family and friends in this beautiful gathering space. Looking to be a little more grounded? Hang out around the private pool and spa which can be heated in the winter months for an additional charge.

Overall it was a decent place to stay. However for the price, we were not super impressed. The floors were not very clean in the kitchen, the furniture in the master bathroom was very stained, the bathroom sink in a bedroom downstairs was not draining, a towel rack came down in another bathroom after only hanging a towel on it, and there was no internet reaching to the first floor. It was great in proximity to the beach and it was very nice having the elevator.

Spring break

We went to Destin for the first time for spring break.This is a beautiful, quiet & safe neighborhood. We had teenagers with as well & had no issues with the HOA. Wonderful for kids & a short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. The Pool was great, we just wished there were lounge chairs. The living room sofas & rugs could use a good cleaning, but overall we would rate this house a 5 and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

The home was very clean very nice and the beds were great, the location is great, access to the beach is awesome. The property manager was hard to get a hold of after 4 PM (check in time) so getting in the home at 4 PM was an obstacle as the key code wasn't working. Also they only heat the pool and the hot tub to 90 degrees so don't expect a hot tub experience its more of a spa.

The ice machine didn’t work, we had to call everyday for ice. The grill outside didn’t work, we had to go out and purchased an inexpensive grill. The pool was dirty in our arrival, finally got cleaned Thursday. We lost power 3 x, which isn’t your fault but the generator didn’t kick in. The door to one of the bathrooms was completely off the track. The TVs didn’t have any cable stations it was only a few locals. The location of the Ouse was great and it was spacious.

The kitchen was not equipped as well as it could have been. The six top gas range only had 2 burners that would light. The full bath on ground level did not have a towel bar or toilet paper holder. The floors in the home were scuffed and need refinished. The pocket door on the bedroom on the third floor was broken. The exterior outside of the back of the house , pool area, needs power washed and painted badly. The grill did not work. The interior was very spacious and beautiful for our family of 14.

Beaches Be Sippin!

The house was perfect for our girls getaway. The property management team were always super quick to reply before and during the trip. Plenty of room and the views were amazing. We will for sure be back!

Great place to stay for a large group

We stayed here with a group of 11 and it was great that everyone had their own bed. It does feel pretty apparent that the house is targeted at rentals as there are quite a few rough edges that keep things from being entirely functional (no consumables for cooking, lukewarm hottub, undersized TV in living room, slow shower drains, bad grill). Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but is a few steps from luxury.

Destiny by the sea

House is great and as described. The HOA in this place is nothing short of annoying and almost solely responsible for why I know of several people that now rent elsewhere. I get that things have to be structured and they have permanent residents. We are a very structured family with a lot of respectful young adults, and the rudeness of these people, I find very much responsible for the imperative search to find a nice place outside of this neighborhood. We have stayed here three times, and it is consistently unpleasant to deal with the HOA. The house is very nice, but the outdoor areas need attention, and it is not worth the extra $250-300 to heat the hot tub because it never stayed hot long enough to enjoy being out there on a chilly night. Overall, if you don’t mind snooty HOA up in your grill 24/7 and feeling like you are being interrogated just walking the neighborhood for exercise or driving in it. Then, go for it! It is a great, spacious house. It is beautiful, with very few minor issues. If I were rating only the home, I might would give 5stars, with just a little tweaking 😜

Great house, close to beach

We were a group of cousins for a long weekend. The house had plenty of space, and we enjoyed the common areas and proximity to the beach. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the rooftop deck. We did not use the pool - some in the group were disappointed the hot tub is not actually a hot tub. It's just an extension of the pool and was definitely not warm enough for relax in. Also, the pool was full of sand and needs to be cleaned. The front steps, porches and pool deck could use a good power washing. We never used the pool and it wasn't in a great location - near a loud road and the neighbor's A/C units. But the beach is beautiful and access was very close by and easy. The house was well-stocked overall, except it would be nice to have hair dryers and beach towels. As beach towels are easily cleaned and so inexpensive, it seems cheap to not provide them. It's probably the first beach house we've ever stayed in that did not provide plenty of beach towels, chairs, etc., and the chairs and umbrellas on the beach are an expense people should be prepared for. We assume this is a rental company/Destin standard.

Amazing

The house was amazing!! The neighborhood was wonderful. Shorth walk to the beach, and you didn't have to worry about traffic. Wonderful stay!!

Amazing Resort

Renting the property was not an issue on VRBO. Check in and communication with Five-star Property Rentals didn’t go so well. We were told that we would receive receive check in instructions midnight prior to her arrival date did not receive the info. I had to make contact while traveling. Received info, entry code didn’t work, during our stay the door never locked when leaving the unit. We close the garage door.

Celebrated wife's birthday with family and a couple of close friends. Excellent location and accommodations. We enjoyed everything- short walk to beach and short drive to many shops, restaurants, etc
