We have been vacationing on 30A for over 20 years. Specifically the Beachwalk Villa area for the past 10 years. We were drawn to this area because of the convenience of the beach, Baytowne Wharf area and the brand new Hotel Effie. Grand Boulevard shopping, Restaurants and Publix Grocery Store are just a few of the amenities of this fabulous location. Plus, directly across the parking lot from our townhome is the Market Shops which feature numerous services, boutiques and eateries. We provide a 6-seater GOLF CART so you can cruise the entire San Destin Resort at your leisure.
When it's just me and my husband staying we enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood and convenience of the restaurants, grocery store and of course the beach and/or pool steps away from us. Golfing, boating and fishing are also available to those who are interested. As well as tennis, pickle ball and putt putt golf.
When our adult kids and our grandchildren stay they thrive on the beach and Baytowne Wharf which is a mecca for kids and adults. They also enjoy the freedom of the golfcart. There's something about kids riding in golfcarts in the sunshine that thrills them!
We're biased but our set up and location is perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet and convenience during their vacation. We have all the chairs for the beach and toys for the kids located in the outside storage area for your personal use.

Spring Break 2025

The place was as advertised. Very clean and well kept. The golf cart was one of the nicest we have ever driven. Great location near the beach with a large heated pool you can walk too. They also provide beach chairs and other beach items as well.

Family fun

The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 5 and we felt very comfortable with the location and accommodations. Having the golf cart was a great addition to our stay!

Wonderful Vacay!

This is the third time my family has stayed at Coastal Cozy! We love the clean and comfortable condo and the golf cart adds to the fun! The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Mary was an excellent hostess! She was very responsive to my questions. The only reason I didn’t give the property five stars was because the patio screens weren’t working. Our family likes to keep patio doors open and you can’t do that without a working screen with all the lizards and bugs. Nevertheless, the condo accommodated our family of five well. And, the golf cart was a nice bonus.

we loved it here!!

This place was wonderful and we recommend it to anyone looking to go to destin. The host is wonderful, communication is quick and so pleasant!!! The house was comfy, clean, decorated so lovely and we were so close to everything! In these times of covid it was so nice to have a private residence. Very peaceful as well.

Our 2nd Stay

This is our second time staying in Mary’s condo. We love it! It’s beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoy the overall Sandestin experience. Mary is a wonderful owner to rent from because she is always friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and again.

Perfect vacation rental

My family of 4 enjoyed our 7 night stay. Everything was perfect from the time I booked until we checked out. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay. The place was decorated really nice and made us feel right at home. The golf cart was a hit with the kids. They loved riding around the resort and to the beach. Mary was very easy to communicate with and she made sure everything perfect. I definitely recommend this place.

Spacious and clean condo conveniently located in Sandestin

We enjoyed our stay in Mary's condo in Sandestin. The kids especially loved riding around in the golf cart. Mary was good with communication and even accommodated our last minute request for our stay duration. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated with great wifi and TV's in every room. Would recommend if you are looking for a nice place in Sandestin. Thanks, Mary!

Great Location and Lovely Townhome

The townhome was quite lovely and in immaculate condition. It was exactly how the photos portrayed it. The location was great for our purposes because we were attending a meeting at the Hilton Sandestin Hotel It was just about 1/2 mile to the hotel from the townhome. The beach was also quite close to the townhome. I would recommend this property.

Great Trip

We have stayed at several different locations at the resort. This may have been my favorite. It was a great location right at the entrance and a quick golf cart ride to the beach and to Baytowne Wharf. We only got in the car once the entire week. I would absolutely recommend this property. The owner was very helpful and informative. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We will for sure visit again.

A great trip!

We loved everything about our stay! The townhome was clean, great location, and had everything we needed! The owner, Mary, was super nice, helpful, and great at communicating everything we needed. This is our 4th year to Sandestin and the golf cart is a must for my family! It was a quick 1-2 minute golf cart ride to the beach, and 5-7 minute ride everywhere else (Publix, The Wharf, the Aquatic Center pool). My kids loooove the golf cart rides alone. I already miss my grocery store trips in the golf cart! Such a relaxing ride! I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend for others!

The property was perfect for our family of four. It was my husband and I and our two kids (9 and 7). The sleeping arrangements allowed each kid their own bed and bathroom which is always a plus! The main living area was very comfortable and allowed us to relax in the mornings and evening. We made a few breakfasts and dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have the beach gear as part of the rental. We used the tent, chairs, boogie boards and some sand toys.The SanDestin community is very big and the golf cart was perfect for getting around. We drove it to the beach every day and to Baytowne Warf a few times. It was especially nice having the six seater so we had room for the beach gear. The kids loved having the golf cart!!Mary was such a pleasure to work with. She took the time to call and talk through a few of my questions and was very responsive when we texted her while on-site.We will definitely book again when we go back!

Delightful experience!

10 stars if we could! It was not just the property that exceeded our expectations, it was the simplicity of the process, communication & transparency withe the owners. I was very impressed to hear from Mary the following day concerning our well being after severe weather rolled through. Modern, updated, fantastic location, very nice golf cart and all the amenities necessary to allow us to relax, feel at home and enjoy the week. Highly recommend this property and the owners. We will be back!!

I can't say enough good things about our vacation here. Mary was a wonderful host and the communication was the best I've experienced. The unit is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything we could have needed. We hope to make this a yearly destination and highly recommend it to everyone.

Nice and tidy

Easy to find, check-in was a breeze. As advertised, close to everything. Did not utilize golf cart as there was rain one day and construction going on at the unit next door that blocked in the golf cart the other day. Clean, comfortable. No complaints. They mentioned this in the listing, but DO bring soap/body wash and shampoo with you.

Good Time

A Dream Vacation

My family of five have been vacationing in Sandestin for the last 4 years and this was our favorite trip because of this VRBO rental. Its location gave us the freedom to explore the harbor, Baytowne Wharf, and the beach. The hosts were more than accommodating. Beds were comfy, furnishings updated, and the golf cart was a big hit! We hope to stay here next year!

Jim and I are natives of Clarksville, TN and we're both recently retired. We are a blended family of 3 children, 8 grandchildren and a son-in-law and daughter-in-law. Work was stressful so during Covid-19 we wanted to get away. We couldn't rent something so a friend graciously volunteered his place in Beachwalk. We decided we wanted to have our own place at the beach after that.

We have always vacationed as a family in this area but we fell in love with the convenience of Beachwalk due to the location of the beach, restaurants, shopping, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard and it's all accessible with a golf cart! It's really all we need while we're down here.
