The property itself is nice. The unit needs some updating. Most of the furniture is worst for the wear, worn , faded. The area rug is dirty and stained. Window shutter was broken. No A/C for two days in JULY. The beds squeaked so much it was laughable.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms were so very nice. Great pool area and pool bar. Unfortunately the hot tub jets were not working during our stay. Loved the walkway to the beach makes pulling the wagon so much easier. Overall, great luxury vacation for our family.

We loved this villa at Seacrest - it was clean, relaxing and comfortable for our adult family vacation and we each had plenty of room to spread out, yet room to be together. We had everything we needed, check in was a breeze and great communication throughout the process. It was close to restaurants and shopping and just steps from the beach - just an ideal place! Thank you!

Family Trip to Hilton Head

This was our best trip to Hilton Head yet. We had stayed at the Sea Crest Resort previously in a different unit, but this one far exceeded it in terms of decorations, cleanliness, and amenities. We were very pleased and would both recommend it and consider staying there again in the future.

Great location. Perfect beach right outside. Rain most days for small time frames which ended up leaking into master room and soaking carpet under bed leaving a musty smell for our trip. Owners were responsive and sent over repair to tear out carpet padding and left big fan, but smell stayed rest of trip.

This place is fantastic and exactly as advertised. Top notch service from the management company. Excellent location on the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza.
