THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE
NEST is a beautiful house located in a quiet street in the Chiberta district. A charming villa, decorated with great care, in a warm and family atmosphere. Outside, a large garden with trees will allow children to play safely, while older children can enjoy the good weather on one of the terraces of the house. Villa Nest is also equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by beautiful wisteria, where young and old can relax throughout the day.

THE VILLA
Villa NEST is one of those villas where you feel at home. It is a warm villa bathed in light, colorful and comfortable.
The living room is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with central island extending onto a dining room and a lounge area facing a beautiful fireplace. Note that the villa does not have a television, however, you will find many board games for the happiness of young and old. This beautiful living room opens onto two large terraces where you can enjoy the first light of the sun during your morning coffee, and beautiful sunsets at the time of the aperitif.

THE ROOMS
NEST has 5 rooms ideally arranged in the villa so that everyone can have their privacy.
From the living room, you will be able to access the first floor dedicated to a beautiful master bedroom with shower room, dressing room and terrace.
A second double bedroom with shower room is located on the ground floor and offers a nice view on the garden.
Finally, the last 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, and have direct access to the garden. A first spacious double bedroom and a children's bedroom share a shower room. Finally, the last double bedroom has a large bathroom with bathtub.

PRACTICAL SIDE
The house is equipped with a laundry room and a covered area where you can hang your clothes and towels when you return from the beach.
Designed for families, you will find the necessary equipment for the little ones (high chair, baby bed, bathtub) but also many board games and beach games for the older ones.

WHAT WE LOVE
We love the numerous terraces that the villa offers. We can already see ourselves enjoying a romantic breakfast on the terrace of the master suite, before joining the whole family on the living room terrace. At the end of the day, we prefer to sit around the large table on the kitchen terrace!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
NEST is located in Anglet, in the district of Chiberta, in a quiet street near the beaches and the golf course. Count less than 5 minutes to reach the beach and the Golf by bike, or less than 10 minutes on foot. You will also benefit from the proximity of the forest of Chiberta to stroll in the shade of the pines between two surfing or beach outings. You also have all the necessary shops nearby, an ideal location for a successful vacation!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 8 pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
