The nicely equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your catch of the day. The dining table offers seating for 6. Relax in the spacious living room while watching your favorite shows on the Smart Roku flat screen TV. The primary bedroom sets the tone for a relaxing night's sleep. This bedroom offers a plush king size bed with a flat screen TV. The bunk room has a set of full over full beds. Both bedrooms share the full size bathroom in the hall. The bunkroom also has a smart Roku TV.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- Will ONLY allow pets for Winter Texans. Pet fees are an additional $100.00+tax, per pet, per month. Only one pet weighing a maximum of 20 lbs is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
