Enjoy this spacious one bed/one bath sunny end unit with well planned open concept living area with hardwood flooring, Murphy bed, completed updated kitchen with granite counter tops microwave and lots of storage. Other handy appliances including coffee maker, Keurig, Toaster oven, hot plate, blender and more. Roomy updated bathroom with shower and sink. Just want to relax? Comfortable sitting area with roomy couch , chair and flat screen tv. Wifi available. Outdoor space to include your own deck for sitting /relaxing and convenient grill and picnic area located just outside your door .The units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Honeymoon vacation for us and we had an amazing time! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated the beach chairs! We loved that it was off the beaten path some but still in easy walking distance to everything. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the front porch. It was beautiful and we made a lot of memories. We want to come back!

Amazing

We didn’t want to leave….This apartment was perfect! Quiet, comfortable, cozy and in a perfect spot. We opted to sleep on the pull out sofa, which was super comfortable! Ogunquit is INCREDIBLY beautiful every where you look. We will be back hopefully sooner than later!

Incredible Find

Mary was so responsive and helpful! Not that we had a single problem we needed fixing. Everything was perfect, clean, and organized. This unit’s location could not have been better. Just a few steps down the street to Perkins Cove! It was great being so close to the action of Ogunquit but tucked away in Perkins Cove. Overall amazing experience !

Awesome Place To Stay!

Condo was perfect for 2 people! Great for seniors because it’s right near the parking, and no stairs, but yet grounds are landscaped beautifully for privacy and shade. There are community grills right by the condo. The location was fabulous..you could walk to Perkins Cove easily and enjoy the restaurants, shops, and walk Marginal Way and take in all the gorgeous views! Definitely would love to return next year! Mary was very accommodating and got right back to me with a few answers to my questions. Loved our stay!!!!!

Definitely a good spot

We were able to check in early, had everything we needed and was very cozy and the property manager was very friendly and helpful

Fantastic location - lots to do.

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Pros: location - walking distance to the cove, near the town, clean. Cons: not many but it is small and the people walking around upstairs were loud, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay.

Great little space

The condo is cute, clean and in a great location just a five minute walk to Perkins Cove and marginal way. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would visit again.

Great location

We had a great stay in this perfectly located rental; just a 5 minute walk to Perkins Cove but also nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend for a long weekend away.

Our Favorite Place To Stay

My partner and I have stayed at this property at least three times in the past four years. The host is most accommodating and the location is just perfect. I'm hoping to stay there again in the near future. This condo always feels like home away from home.

Our stay near Perkins Cove

We enjoyed our daily walks to the cove and especially our walk around Marginal Way. The condo and surrounding areas were beautiful. We hope to return in the future. Thanks for a great stay!!

Sister’s getaway

Amazing little retreat close to Perkin’s Cove. Very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. Only downside , the A/C was a bit anemic and we ran out of toilet paper. Will surely make it an annual thing.

A cozy condo conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

We had a great experience all around with this property for the following reasons: the booking process was quick and simple, it was very clean inside, all the utensils and supplies that we needed were there, it was conveniently located, and the host was very hospitable and helpful. We would highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay for a single or couple

Very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Nice to have the beach chairs. It is literally just about across the street from Perkins Cove, very quiet location. If you want to walk to Ogunquit beach walk down to the marginal way in Perkins cove and it will take you there. It is a little bit of a hike but the very picturesque. Would definitely stay there again.

Picture Perfect

The location is a perfect walk away from Perkins Cove, an attractive spot for visitors. The condo is located in a quaint off the beaten path but beautiful walkway. We recommend this small but all you could need stay away from home.
