You can walk to everything in town - Main Street, Perkins Cove, beaches, dining, shopping, the Ogunquit Playhouse, trolley stops and everything else OGT has to offer. This unit is conveniently located between Downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove, has ocean views from the deck and is just a 2-3 minute walk from the Marginal Way.

The beautiful, rocky, sandy beaches along the Marginal Way are just a brief walk from the condo, with the main beach being about a 10-15 minute walk.
At low tide, the little beaches connect to the town's unsurpassed 3 mile-long sandy beach. Trolleys also run seasonally from the bottom of Israel Head road to the beach during peak season, making access very easy for families.

This condo is located on Israel Head Road, just off Shore Road in an upscale residential neighborhood with quiet streets conducive to walking and biking. On the first floor there is an elevator for your convenience, along with card-operated laundry facilities. There is a recently redecorated lobby and a community room with fireplace, library, cable TV, DVD and a dining room facing the ocean. The grounds have beautifully manicured gardens and shrubs, a large heated pool, outdoor grills and tennis courts. The outdoor space is perfect for cooking out with family and friends. There is parking for 2 cars for our condo.

Our air-conditioned condo is on the second floor front and faces the pool area. From the deck you have a stunning view of the ocean. The unit has been updated in recent years with a newer kitchen, brand new bathroom flooring in one bathroom and brand new air conditioners in each space. The unit features a huge bedroom with a pool view, queen bed and twin bed, 2 large dressers and plenty of storage and comfy furniture. There is cable TV and free wi-fi. A full bath connects to the bedroom.

The living room faces the pool and has sliding glass doors opening onto our ocean-view deck. There is a full-size Murphy bed (it pulls out from closet doors) along with cable TV, and free wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and other helpful kitchen tools. There is another full bath off the hallway adjoining the kitchen and living room.

This space is perfect for couples or smaller families, and can comfortably sleep 4-5 people.
