The condo location is excellent! Just across from the beach, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the pier. The condo itself is in need of updating. But, it was fairly comfortable. The deck was too crowded to use and could have used a good cleaning.

Great location

Overall the property was well maintained. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Will definitely look into booking this property again.

Great condo!

The condo was nice, clean, and in a great location! Parking was easy, and everything was spacious. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at this location. The condo was very nice and spacious and the check in and out process was very easy. We were right along the beach, just had to walk across the road and we were there. Most shops are within walking distance. We traveled in to Savannah for some excursions, only took about 20-25 minutes. Our family would definately stay here again.

seems floor cleaning never happened under items. Dropped something and when reached under bed to get it lots of sand and found an old toy from a now probably sad child.

Easy access!! Great property management that was SO HELPFUL!!! Easy beach access and walking distance to many restaurants!!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent vacation property

Excellent beach front location, a very short walk to the beach. Love that parking is gated, no need to fight for spots even on busy season. Property is clean, and quiet enough even with us being on the first floor. Perfect for our family with young children. Convenient locations to surround restaurants. Would def come back again!

Like the location. Close to Beach, food, and bars

I thought oceanfront properties was a well-oiled machine. They responded quickly and kept their promises. Good experience.

Great location

Loved the location and space the apartment had. Do wish it had beach chairs And hair dryer. The mattresses need to be replaced. Other then that we loved it

Wonderful location

Overall it was a great stay. The location is close to beach entrances and restaurants. We were able to walk more than drive. We did not get an ocean view, but it was nice to have a small outdoor space. The rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay in the Sandpiper again. Only issues we had with our stay were: ***The kitchen needs a few new pans because what is there was not usable a good cutting board. We like to cook. ***The mattresses are horrible in all three rooms. *** The tvs are not smart tvs so I would recommend bringing a Roku or something in case you are stuck inside during a storm like we were. The room with the twin bed has a tiny tv that is not worth using. I personally would prefer some curtains in the bedrooms to help block out light and perhaps it would help with the noise. Being on the side street and on the first floor there is restaurant clean up late in the evenings and garbage pick up very early. It would also help to have a pull down showerhead to help with rinsing off and doing hair since the shower heads are water savers.

The property location is wonderful. However there are roaches and bed bugs. The red sofa was filthy. The fridge rusted right along with the pots and pans.

The dryer was not working and try to get ahold of host and the TV in the rooms where so small you really can't watch on them didn't have any way to mop floors had a mop but not a bucket and the parking spot we had to park was to close to the wall and vehicle got scratched due to the other person by us too small of a area to parking and hard to get out of that spot the only good thing about room was the tub and short distance to beach if you looking to sleep there perfect fit but you want to relax at the room won't recommend suppose to non smoking but neighbors smoke on the back on balcony.
