Watch amazing sunsets each evening as you lounge on the balcony, pool deck, or beach. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and access to the 2nd bathroom from inside the bedroom as well, this updated bathroom has a tub/shower. The third bedroom has 2 double beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have Smart TVs mounted in the rooms. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit is something to treasure as well. The condo has two assigned undercover parking spaces that accommodate compact or mid-size vehicles only (no recreational vehicles including motorcycles), and a community gas grill and pool on property. Beautiful sand dunes add to the privacy of the property and a path to the Gulf of Mexico, directly in front of your condo. Over-height vehicles can be accommodated 2 blocks away. The height of the garage is 6' 10". Sun and Sea is a non-smoking building and property in its entirety.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
