Come stay at our remodeled Maui dream home!

Amazing location right across from Charley Young Beach (next to Kama'ole 1), wonderful Maui swimming and snorkeling beach. The condo has an ocean view from lanai. Charley Young Beach is directly across the street.

Our condo is on the top (4th) floor in building #1 and is one of the biggest and nicest guest suites in the Maui Vista complex. Since it's in the first building of 3, it provides the best ocean and pool view in the complex, as well as plenty of privacy since the condo is located near the end cap. Enjoy the sunset from the Lanai balcony before you take a soak in our romantic Jacuzzi tub. The condo is air conditioned, has two showers, all the usual amenities, PLUS free WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked, has modern backsplash, granite counter tops, stainless range, sink and dishwasher.

Kihei/Wailea location because it gets more sun than most of Maui (some parts of Maui can be quite wet!). Kihei is also centrally located, making it easy to take a quick trip to Wailea shopping and restaurants, Lahaina (west side) or the North shore (which is great for sports). Kahului (where the airport is) is only 15-20 minutes away. This is also where you would start your trip to Hana if you want to explore the wilder east side of the island. Or of course, just stay in Kihei and enjoy all of its amenities. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, golf courses, and more, are all within walking distance. And the beach is directly across the street - only a 2 minute walk away!

Great Experience

Condo was located in a perfect spot for easy access to restaurants, the beach, and other activities. Condo was clean and easy to check in. Host was easy to communicate with and easy to work with. Overall great experience!

Extremely nice unit in Maui Vista

We were there for 6 days our stay was very good, the views from the lanai were amazing the property owner Yelena was exceptional we did find couple issues and she take care right away, the condominium has everything to feel like home, kitchen utensils and also has beach toys chairs and umbrella which was very helpful on our stay and the beach was right across the street from our unit definitely we would stay here on our futures trip to Maui and I will strongly recommend this place to friends and family.

Awesome location!

Great location, so close to the beach. Great amenities including pack and play, beach gear and laundry. Great pools. Excellent and prompt help from host when needed. Would definately stay again!

Fun week in Maui

Not a bad place to be stuck inside

We enjoyed our stay very much, good location in downtown Kihei. Comfortable beds, well stocked with blankets and towels. Kitchen was very nice. Washer and dryer in unit and all kinds of beach and tennis equipment.

Fantastic location

Great condo in a great location. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Close to amenities and excellent communication with owner. Upstairs bathtub/shower might be difficult to get in/out if you have mobility issues.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed here with our 7 year old kids and had a great time. The home was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and with linens. The beach gear available was a big plus! The grounds of the condo are nice as well and we enjoyed cooling off at the pool in the evenings. Parking was never an issue. And the condo is conveniently located in South Kihei.

Convient location!

Family of 5 had a great time in Maui. We enjoyed the snorkeling at "Turtle Beach" only 15 min. drive from the apartment complex and played tennis every day. First trip to beach only 5 min walk away and we saw a big old sea turtle. Perfect place for 4 people. The sleeper sofa in living room not very comfortable otherwise great place.

Quick getaway from Oahu

We loved our stay at the Maui Vista! It was the easiest trip we have taken and the access to the beaches were extremely convenient. Being on the top floor gave us a little more room for 4 of us to spread out a bit. We missed out on the boogie boards that arrived at the room as we were leaving, but we can always come back! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

You can't beat the location. We wouldn't change a thing.

This was my second trip to Maui Vista and the first stay in unit 1402. The listing is accurate, the owners very helpful in advance and we had a very special family vacation. I wish I could give a unique insight. Just know that the collective reviews paint a great picture is this property. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Very nice place, host very responsive

Place was quite nice and clean, bed comfortable, has everything you would want if you want to make a meal but we opted to eat out instead. Host was responsive to email and questions. We didn't know if we could make the Road to Hana trip from this location, but if you get up early enough (7am start for us) should be able to cover most of the great places in one day. Beach is a walk across the street.

Maui is always a good vacation

This condo worked well for our purposes. The location right across from Charlie Young beach makes it perfect. The only thing that would have made it better, would have been better AC units. It was quite warm while we were there. The owners were pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Janice, the point of contact in Kihei, was more than accommodating. She really made our stay very nice.

We had such a great time at your condo Ellen. The access to the beach across the street was fantastic and was most likely our favorite beach on the West side. It was great to walk to the shops and bars so as not to drive in the evening. The beach chairs, umbrella and frisbee were used every day! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Location

The condo was clean, neat and contained all the needed basics. Only a walk from the beach and beautiful views. Property manager was very responsive as the door lock has a couple issues. My only suggestion is better AC. It did work but it’s barely hanging on. Thank you we had a great trip

Great centrally located and comfortable accomodation

The condominium was perfectly described. The beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for my husband, young son and me. Plenty of television stations, so my European born husband could watch the UEFA Euro Cup soccer matches. Loved the fact that it is located directly across from Charley Young beach, which we enjoyed nearly every day. Many fantastic restaurants a short drive or walk away. Ellen was very good at responding quickly to any questions from me and was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early as we had an early arrival time. We enjoyed our visit very much and would stay here again.

Kihei was the perfect location for our stay

We enjoyed the location of this condo immensely. Our plan was to see alot of Maui and the Kihei was central and afforded day trip travel limited time to get to destinations each day. The condo has free phone service to Canada and the US as well as WIFI which were important features for us. Access to the beach was just a 2 minute walk the Charles Young Beach and this beach is a beauty. Our teenage kids loved the rollerskating 3 nights a week right on the ocean just down from the condo and the bay where surfing and paddleboarding lessons tooks place was just a 5 minute walk. A perfect spot for those looking for a 2 bedroom at an affordable price which is not an easy find on Maui

Fantastic condo!

Our family LOVED this condo! Very clean, spacious and well equipped. The kids loved having the upstairs to themselves, especially the big soaking tub after being at the beach all day. The view is great and being on the top floor and at the end was nice, very quiet. The beach equipment provided was perfect, very nice chairs and umbrellas and the kids loved the beach toys. Very nice not to have to pack anything from home. The beach is right across the street, easy walk even for our young kids. Charley Young beach was nice, easy for the kids to play in the water. As in other reviews, restaurants and groceries are within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again next time!!

Wonderful Stay on Maui

This condo is in a great location and conveniently located across the street from Charley Young Beach. It's literally a two minute walk to the beach. Charley Young beach is rated one of the best beaches in Maui, with good snorkeling. We swam with sea turtles. The condo itself is well appointed and met our needs efficiently. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Our daughter slept in the loft bedroom and loved having her own area to hang out. We had plenty of space for the three of us. The lanai provided a beautiful view of the ocean and perfect morning spot for breakfast. The property is beautifully landscaped and the pool offered a fresh retreat from the sand and ocean. The only negative I can think off is the whirlpool tub. It took forever to fill up and the hot water ran out before the tub was full. But, that was minor in the whole scheme of things. We would recommend this unit to anyone and definitely would stay here again. Ellen was wonderful to work with.

Maui Vista #1402

We just arrived back home from an 18 day stay in this condo unit. From what I understand from the owner, we are their first repeat customers since they took ownership and I would not hesitate to stay there again. She is a sweetheart to work with. The Condo has everything you need including 6 beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets (There are 3 courts in the complex), umbrellas for on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The Blender was used daily for our Pina Coladas. Our son and his Wife joined us for a week and with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, we had plenty of room. It is very central and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery store. Charley Young Beach is directly across the road and is our favorite of the 3 beaches across from the condo. The Views of the sunset are amazing from the Lanai. The complex itself is very well maintained. BBQ's are cleaned every day, pool is cleaned every morning and all chairs and tables around the pools are washed down. The complex is also very quiet. This condo is an end unit so it is extremely quiet and you don't get any late arrivals wheeling luggage past your window if you are a light sleeper. When we return again to Maui, we would definitely lease from these owners again

Great Location!

We had stayed in a 1 bedroom at this same complex in the past. My favorite aspect of this unit was sitting out on the balcony with my coffee as the sun came up and watching the chickens in the parking lot across the street. We were also able to go out there and watch the sun set as we were not able to walk down to the beach in time. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. Ellen is very responsive and easy to work with and you can tell that she cares about her unit! The only drawbacks I will mention is that we were there during an exceptionally hot weekend of 90+ degree weather and high humidity. The loft bedroom was very hot, even with the ceiling fan, floor fan, and air conditioner on downstairs, etc. I took one for the team and slept up there with my daughter, while giving my mother the Master Bedroom and my husband the sofa. Also, the bathroom in the loft is open with a Japanese screen divider for privacy. This is no problem if you are with close family or friends. I can see it perhaps being an issue if you are staying with people where privacy is needed. Our favorite thing about this condo complex is that there are several restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The beach access is also across the street. My daughter and mother also enjoyed the pool.

Competitively Priced for the Location and Size of Condo

Two and a half weeks before we arrive on the island and pressure was on to find a place for my partner and I. What I had in mind was exactly this place. Centrally located and within walking distance from bars, grocery store, and beach, but still feel like you're away from it all. Reasonably priced specially for having two bedrooms (king size bed on the 1st floor, queen size bed on the loft) and two full baths (shower on 1st floor, bathtub on loft) Description of listing is accurate and Ellen and her assistant on the island were very responsive and easy to contact. Property is clean and well-maintained including outside the condo (building 1 area which only applied to our reservation). They thought of all our needs and amenities and included them. Truly a home away from home from making home cooked meals, BBQs, beach days, and even just lounging indoors for those just in case rainy days. We came mid October and it did get pretty warm inside. Our secret to keeping inside cool? Closed all windows and curtains before leaving for the day. Upon arrival turned on ceiling fan on the loft, 1st floor bedroom, and main room to get the hot air circulating and opened the sliding door. Then after an hour or so I turned on the main wall AC and portable AC in the 1st floor bedroom to get cool air, turned off all the ceiling fans, and closed the 1st floor bedroom to trap the cold air just in time before we go to bed and set the timer. I'm an earlier riser, so at around 6:00 in the morning, I opened the sliding door to let the cool breeze come in and enjoy my morning coffee. My only suggestion to the owners would be to get a couch that would be comfortable to sit in rather than trying to have extra accommodation for additional guest. It was uncomfortably hot sitting on a sagging couch trying to watch TV. Other than that, would definitely recommend this place and we would come back again for sure.

Our favorite Maui beach is directly across the street, less than 100 yards away. We have tons of restaurants, bars and shops, including a grocery store, within walking distance. Other Maui attractions (such as the North Shore, which we visit a lot, or Lahaina, and many others) are not far, since Kihei is centrally located. The airport is nearby. Kihei is also sunnier than other parts of Maui - it actually rains a lot in some parts of Maui!
