After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

If you need parking, please let us know ahead of time. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. If you are traveling by car, we would suggest trying to use public transportation while you are here. It’s the best way to get around the city.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
