Beautifully appointed raised beach home featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
Family, child and dog friendly. Quick walk to the beach or rent a golf cart to make it super easy! Clean and spacious with master bed and bath on the first floor. Linens, towels, blankets, beach equipment included. Kid and baby friendly, we have toys, highchair, baby gate and a portable crib. Plenty of parking and close to biking trails, Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park.

Has Everything You Could Need

This house had everything you could want for children of all ages. Plenty of space to spread out if it rains. Owners communicate very well. Would stay here again.

Perfect!

This house was absolutely perfect! It was super clean, comfortable, and beautiful! It’s great for guests of all ages! The hosts were great too. I would love to rent it again in the summer!

Another fantastic beach week

This was our third stay and it was just as great as the first! We love being close to the beach and having access to the community pool. And my daughter loves all the toys and how there are some new ones that appear every time! The only reason we’re not coming back next year is we have another family event.

Clean, lovely home

This is our second year staying at this property, and we had a wonderful time. The house is very clean, and it is clear that the owners put time into caring for it (the furniture, decor, etc.). We especially liked all the kids’ toys on the second floor landing. We look forward to returning next year!

Lovely home, well equipped.

Second visit to this home. Easy access to beach. Owner easily accessible and quickly responded to fix the one glitch we had during our stay. Great area for families.

Perfect Beach House

We had an amazing stay! The check-in process was super easy. We were delighted by the welcome snacks & felt at home right away. The home was very clean and we loved the beachy decor! We loved the spacious living and dining area too. It was the perfect place for all of us to gather and spend time together. The bedrooms are super comfy and allowed us to accommodate a large group without feeling cramped. We also loved spending time on the decks outside. Truly nothing bad to say! Both the owners and home are wonderful & we would 1000% book this property again!

Perfect family getaway

This was a week long vacation with our three adult "kids" and their significant others. A lovely residential neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. The home was spotless and the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed the porch off of the kitchen and spent a lot of time out there with coffee in the mornings. There were nice touches like a bar cart and a sweet snow cone machine for families with kids. (Also a great collection of games and toys for young kids. No adult games, but we brought our own) Everything from bedding to kitchen towels were fresh and new, and there were plenty of beach towels and low beach chairs to borrow. We had fun discovering turtles across the street, exploring the state park and the gorgeous botanical garden, doing some shopping and we were perfectly located for a day trip to Charleston. We have a senior dog and had to choose a place that would accommodate her. It was so helpful to find such a nice home that allowed us to bring her along. She enjoyed her vacation too! Our host was extremely helpful and responded to every question through the app very quickly. The ONLY negative was that the bunk bed room is really set up for kids and my 26 year old said the double bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but did not dampen the fun. We highly recommend and were sorry to have to leave!

Always Wonderful

We stay here every year and return because the property and the owner are so lovely. The house is immaculate, comfortable, and well maintained with a great location. The owner is always responsive and has thought of everything.

Amazing visit for our entire family!

We stayed for a family get together and had a lovely time. We had three families of four ranging from infants to almost 50 as well as one dog and everyone fit comfortably, had plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The home was incredibly well stocked and we made GREAT use of the giant dining table for meals. The home was spotless, and the kids enjoyed all of the beach toys, the bike and the playroom in the upstairs hallway. Overall it was an incredible memory filled weekend and we would definitely return!

Fall Relaxation

The house was very clean and well organized and very welcoming. We love that Laurie has toys for all ages to play with. A bonus was the snow cone maker for the children. We wish we had more time to enjoy our stay

All the positive reviews are true!

We were lucky to get a last minute reservation at this home. The home is one of the best-stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed, especially the kitchen and beach equipment. Very comfortable beds, linens, and well-appointed common spaces. Our girls (aged 8 and 10) were thrilled with the toy area. We ended up renting a golf cart, which made trips back and forth to the beach convenient, but it’s not a bad walk (and the house has carts for beach chairs, etc). Laurie and Bruce were lovely! Highly recommend.

Our favorite place to stay!

This home is always so clean and nicely kept! We always feel so welcome and at home- it’s stocked well, and there’s always a nice “snack basket” waiting for us! It’s a great neighborhood for walking our pups, and it’s close to the beach! We love staying here and will be booking it again next year!! ❤️

Another great week at the beach

This was our third time staying and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house is so well set up for families, my daughter talks about the toys all the time and loves exploring to see what new ones have appeared. Having access to the community pool is so nice after mornings at the beach. This year was a bit of an adventure with rain from a tropical storm but lots of games and movies got us through the rainy day. We’ll be back next year!

Excellent, exceptional, perfect for our family!

We were in the area for a family wedding and this place was perfect for us. I was traveling with my adult kids, grand babies and my mother. The space was big enough for sure with room to spare. Exceptionally appointed—I dare you to think of a thing you’d need that they don’t have! Short walk to the beach. Excellent communication with our host! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful and well stocked home!

We’ve booked through VRBO several times and this is by far the most well put together house we’ve ever rented. Laurie went out of her way to make us and our two pups welcome as the kitchen and other areas of the home were well stocked to make our vacation as easy and carefree as possible. Would highly recommend!

We chose this property because we love our neighborhood and it's proximity to the beach and all the local attractions.

This home is clean and bright and has plenty of room for two families. Enjoy the beach, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, bike paths, water sports, fishing, excellent restaurants and shopping. Charleston is 90 minutes away and Myrtle Beach is about 30 minutes away.
