Long Beach Acura Grand Prix

We were in town for the Acura Grand Prix race and stayed a week. We had everything we needed and the pictures accurately depict the accommodation's. The outdoor patio was nice for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The traffic is loud at night, which we had read in other reviews, so we weren’t surprised.Several restaurants were within easy walking distance, which we took advantage of. Easy access to downtown Long Beach and other attractions. Besides all of the race festivities we went to the aquarium, toured Queen Mary, spent a day in Catalina Island, and hiked. The place was perfect for our needs and we would return again.

Great Getaway Place to Stay

I enjoyed this lovely home which is in a great location and with lot's of fun things to do nearby, e.g., parks, beaches, cafes, shops, and a variety of restaurants.

Comfortable place, very nice

Decent place to stay

This property had plenty of space and was a fine place to work from for several days. The owner was very responsive around check in and check out. The wifi worked well and the workspace was clean. We appreciated the outdoor space to sit in the backyard. The house itself was a bit old and could use a little attention. Things like the shower, blinds, and light fixtures could be replaced. The location was an easy walk to the beach, but it was a little noisy as it was right on the main road. The kitchen is fine to cook meals, but we needed to get some supplies as many things like pots and knifes were not useable for cooking full meals. We were overall satisfied with the place for our purpose but may recommend other locations if you are looking for more of a vacation home.

Naples Getaway

It's a great location if you plan on just sleeping there and you have tins of activities to do. As far as relaxation there are no tv's and the super cool patio is saved for the owner. I only wish we were able to feel more at home.

Great Location

This property was located right on the main strip. It is loud due to the high street traffic, but a perfect location for walking anywhere. It was close to restaurants, the harbor and the beach. The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect rental for a nice get-away.

Nice cottage in a beautiful area

Communication with the host is very good, kind and taking care of the guest. Neighborhood is beautiful with restaurantes and supermarkets close by, beach too. Kitchen is well equipped but some extra utensils can be good for self cooking. Only thing that took my attention is the house can be a bit cold when fresh weather and very warm in hot weather. It all happened in the same week. Despite this two things I really enjoyed my stay there. I fully recommend the place for other tourists.

Romantic cute little spot property maintained beautifully well worth the price We will rent again

This was a romantic get away for my girlfriend and I. The 3 nights we stayed were amazing. From the moment we walked up to the property everything started off on the right foot. I was already stressing about how the check in process was going to be like and opening the door was at the top of that stress list. This is the first time I checked in in this manner. To my surprise my stress was relieved instantly because the door opened on the first try. As soon as the door opened it smelt fresh and clean. This place was so cute/romantic all the future was adorable and the paint matched a beach theme. The lamps were antique and unique I wanted them in my home a very nice conversation piece though. No Tv was a concern of mine but we did not miss it one bit This place had everything we needed and then some. Everything was in great working condition (lights heat water appliances washer) the water was perfect. There are two backyards that dont connect they have two different entrances. This property was different and unique. With a relaxing feel the moment we walked outside and to spend one night in one yard and the other night in the other yard kept the adventure going. All the decor was beautiful and quaint. Fruit trees flowers and shrubs made it feel like home. Checkout was simple and the check out instructions were easy to follow. The management had great customer service with open communication via email and were very prompt with returning all my emails whenever I had just a simple question. This property owner seemed very intristed with any of my questions and seemed to show they were conserned and understanding willing to help in situations that arose. ( Very late to the property and was not receiving the calls the management was making to get ahold of us this was due to terrible a accident on the highway and I was not receiving notifications in my email so we did not even digitally sign paperwork and management had all rights to cancel on us but I explained everything and they worked with us.) Best vacation we have been on and I would love to rent this place again when we are back in California.... This was my first ever Stress Free Vacation...

Excellent Relaxing Beach Location

My wife and I loved our stay at this well appointed cottage. The garden is inviting and a great space for unwinding after a day of exploring. The home is sparkling clean and walking distance to everything. Loved the proximity to the beach and the bay; and, ample street parking. Everything was excellent, as advertised. We will be back for sure.

Well appointed home in the heart of Naples. Easy access to beaches, canals, groceries & restaurants. Sparkling clean & great host. Loved the outdoor space & ease of working from home. Cant wait to return

Wonderful Beach Location

I truly enjoyed my stay at this beach get-away. I was able to work remotely with reliable WiFi and enjoy the beach before and after work. The house is cozy and the backyard was wonderful and relaxing. Great hosts!! I’ll be back!!!

Perfect Escape!

Sparkling clean, one block to the Beach, Canals, and in the heart of all that Naples & Belmont Shore has to offer. My partner & I wanted to get away and this place definitely was the perfect escape! We walked to the end of the block & dropped our Kayak in the water, cruised the canals & then into the marina to pick up some groceries for our sunset paddle back. We didn't need a car and walked to everything... free Yoga on the Beach, shops, & take out from all the amazing restaurants on 2nd St. The Home is well appointed, with touch-less check-in & the Host was easy to communicate with. Loved the veggie garden and fruit trees in the back yard. Can't wait to return for another escape!
