Great cozy stay!

We really enjoyed our fall stay at the cabin. It was cozy and beautiful on the water. We would come back here again!

Great location, very relaxing

Such a beautiful location. We woke up to a picturesque sunrise and ended our day with a campfire overlooking the bay.

A cozy cottage!

Booked last minute, it was super cozy. Absolutely loved waking up to see the water. We enjoyed the quiet and it was such a peaceful time, highly recommend!

A Great Stay

It was a great end to our Maine adventure and with the fogginess up in Acadia NP, we got to experience the blissfulness of nature we sought! Wonderful for a couple who enjoys nature, fishing and being on the water!

Quiet Oceanfront Cottage

Our stay at the cottage was everything that I had hoped for. My husband and I go away for our anniversary every year and try to find a new location. We both agreed we’d love to come back to this cottage! Thank you Mike and Connie for sharing this gem!

My 16yo son and I had a wonderful time exploring the Harpswell area and staying at the Cozy Cottage. The property was sparkling clean and set up for all of our needs including all kitchen items for cooking most of our meals & a propane grill. A highlight of our Cozy Cottage stay was night fishing for squid and strippers under the milky way! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Mike & Connie!

The neighbor had large dogs that she kept on the porch that constantly barked at us and that made us fearful to get use of the dock.

Wonderful Cottage Wonderful Stay!!!!

What a sweet cottage! Cozy had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay in Maine including the beautiful sunrise from the front porch. The cottage was well equipped - we didn't need anything during our stay. We saw and heard lots of wildlife including the bullfrogs that greeted me every morning for my run. It's close to several hiking trails, Orr's & Bailey's Island as well as Brunswick for essentials like groceries, etc. We also took advantage of the kayaks that you can use right off the dock. The hosts were wonderful. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful spot on the cove.

Waking with the birds gave me the opportunity to watch the sun rise over the cove & the sweet little deck was the perfect spot to do so. Since this was the first of May, there was quite a variety of birdsong - geese, ducks, loons, gulls, turkeys... Though the cottage is small, it is very well laid out & the wall of windows overlooking the cove & high ceilings make it feel larger. I would have written about it in the guest book but I didn't find a pen/pencil with which to do this. Other than that, we lacked for nothing.

Perfect Cozy Cottage

My husband and I stayed a few days and didn't want to leave. Cottage exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need right on the bay. We grilled, had the firepit going at night and hung out on the dock. Morning coffee on the deck watching the fishing vessels was awesome. Lands End, Baileys Island for the 5am sunrise was spectacular. Abner Point on the way back was very cool and scenic. Great hikes through Devils Trail and Scholfield Shores Preserve. Cooks Lobster and Ale House had the best Lobster rolls. Erica's Seafood was the best surprise, 'got to see for yourself' type of place. I had the clam roll and my husband had the crabster roll...both excellent. Harpswell is incredibly scenic and downtown Brunswick is also very cool. The locals are friendly, warm and inviting. Can't wait to come back to the Cozy Cottage to explore more.

Wonderful stay in Harpswell Maine!!

Mike end Connie, our wonderful hosts that couldn’t have more accurately described their super clean & cozy cabin by the water! Their cabin is very comfortable and well appointed for my wife and I with our small dog. We wanted for nothing and contacted them two book another stay sometime!

Glorious sunrise!

Quaint little cottage on the lake. We only stayed one night but it was very peaceful, quiet, and the sunrise was spectacular. Definitely would return if we’re in the area.

Just what we were looking for

Clean tiny cabin overlooking the water. Easy access to the dock with kayaks. Great fire pit, overlooking the water. Perfect us and our two dogs. A quick message letting us know the key would be in the door would have been helpful. But we managed to figure that out once we got to the door. We also read previous review which was helpful. Connie’s place is winner! We’ll be back.

Beautiful quiet spot

Enjoyed our overnight, especially the morning sunrise. Had a great early kayak seeing bald eagles, a seal, fish jumping, boats going by the dock. Pretty area. Great little cottage.

Perfect forf us

Somewhat close to stores for necessities yet feels rural. Quite cozy with a wonderful view. Host is responsive if you need them. WE found the Harpswell area in general to be a good location for our needs on this trip. Good chance we would stay again if in the area.

Cozy Maine Cottage

Cottage as advertised. Amazing sunrise over the water! Convenient and relaxing location. Not a lot of stores, souvenir shops and honky tonk, but wonderful hidden gems for breakfasts and lunches, located near or on the water. Cottage is clean and comfortable. Easy communication with owner.

Cozy - Peaceful - Remote - R & R

I really loved our stay there. Furniture was comfy. Check in was quick. Clean. And they did a great job on stocking the place. My only pitfall was that there was no a/c. At night it was a bit sticky and even though the fan was on the ceiling it really needed another in the window in bedroom. Loved watching the sailboats and boats. Very quiet. Just what the doctor ordered. Close to everything. Thank you for making this trip exactly what we needed. Peace and quiet.

Fantastic Getaway

COZY was exactly what it's name implies. We loved our cottage in the water. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Fishing and kayaking in the early morning was fantastic as well as quiet afternoons and evenings watching the boats . We also took many side trips to see the sights and enjoy the local seafood restaurants. Hope to get back there next year.

We have lived on this property for 50 plus years. Living where we do, made us feel like we are always on vacation, and we are lucky to enjoy the beautiful Maine coast. We are proud to be able to share our cottages with you and your family. We strive to provide a comfortable and memorable Maine vacation. No hustle and no bustle. Just lobster, family time and relaxation.
Married 46 years. We have a family of 3 and 9 grandchildren. We are available if anything is needed during your stay.
The property is safe and very quiet though we do encourage our guests to enjoy themselves during their stay.

This is deep water frontage. There are open views of the bay that offer wildlife, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. See the local lobstermen going out and coming in with their days catch. There are lobstermen who pull up their traps close to shore where you can watch as they do it.
Watch yachts and small boats as they go by. Sail boats are always in the bay.
Bring your own boat to enjoy if you would like, if you would like to be mooring your boat during your visit, please let us know in advance. Mooring availability. kayaks available to get that close nature feel.
