Welcome to the "Mill House", a completely renovated farmhouse style home with the original charm still intact. Enjoy this updated home with a large wraparound porch and private backyard. Located on Lake Street within a short walk to downtown Harbor springs and all of its amenities. Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands are located within a short 10 min. drive. This home is perfect for a summer getaway or a ski weekend with friends and family. 30 day or longer rentals will be required going forward.

Great July stay

Great location close to the 4th parade and fireworks and across the street from a park. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and cooking in the kitchen. We did have a mishap with the grill, but the owner was easy to communicate with.

Everything was just as described. Kitchen was well-equipped. Adorable main steet easy bike ride away.

Wonderful weekend!

We had an amazing stay in harbor Springs for a couples ski weekend while ringing in the New Year. The house was more than accommodating - comfortable beds, clean bathroom stocked with supplies, and full kitchen amenities. Thank you!

Family Ski Trip

We had a wonderful trip! This house was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and was perfectly located near downtown Harbor Springs & ski resorts. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely come back!!

Better than Pics

We use VRBO a LOT! This rental was special and that it was even better than the pics and reviews had indicated. Property has been nicely renovated in recent years. Had the opportunity to meet the owner and enjoyed a wonderfully pleasant and enlightening conversation. Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay at beautiful home!

We were lucky enough to spend a few nights at this beautiful home in Harbor Springs. The location was outstanding. We were able to walk into town. The property owners were very kind and communicative. The place was decorated perfectly and everything was very clean. It was a beautiful home for our family to have a wonderful vacation. We hope to be back again!

Ski Trip

Had a great 4 day family ski trip with this house as the base -- it was 5 minutes from the slopes so it was convenient to go back and forth. The house was clean, well stocked and everything worked. We would definitely stay there again.

Ski Weekend

We can’t say enough about this home, beautifully renovated and decorated. Had all the essentials. Easy check in and out. Large mudroom with lots of hooks was perfect for all the ski coats/pants etc. Being 10 minutes away from Boyne and Nubs was perfect! Close to downtown for coffee, pizza and Johan’s!

Great stay!

We had 6 adults staying for a ski weekend and had so much fun! House was super clean, easy to access, and close to all kinds of other things to do. Kitchen stocked with all needed utensils and cleaning products. Plenty of towels and extra blankets provided. Had a little trouble with "check-in", but owners were very easy to get a hold of and communicate with!

Perfect location and place

The “Mill house” is the perfect place for a family to enjoy Harbor Springs and the surrounding area. The owner Matt is super easy to get ahold of and super helpful. He helped us locate the most awesome sledding hill and gave us great advice. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. We will be back!!

Wonderful Harbor Spring Home!

This property is absolutely wonderful. Convenient to downtown Harbor Springs and the ski hills as well as warm and cozy. Eric was great to communicate with and was very hospitable and responsive. The home had everything provided that was necessary for a relaxing weekend away and is updated with very nice decor and comfortable furnishings. It was one of the cleanest homes we have rented from the moment we walked in the door. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dogs on vacation with us and we look forward to rent again soon!

Great place in downtown Harbor

Booked Eric’s place to stay for thanksgiving weekend. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Full kitchen where we were able to make dinner and great yard for our dog. We will definitely be back the next trip to harbor springs!

THE best experience—had everything we needed!

Thankful for the amazing rental we just stayed at—Eric was in communication regard everything, most accommodating and responsive. The newly remodeled house was perfect! Working fireplace and great office space. Fabulous kitchen, provided initial coffee pods, bottled waters, had ziplocks/foil/Saran. Fully equipped kitchen helped us eat at home. Perfect mattresses, bed linens and bath supplies. Thank you! New appliances were great! Owner/manager thought of everything!
