Charming Condo for Sun or Snow Near Lake Michigan & Ski Resorts 3 King, 1 Queen

During my childhood my grandparents had a house on the Tunnel of Trees just north of Harbor Springs. We spent two weeks every summer up there visiting my grandparents but also swimming at the pool at the Birchwood Country Club, swimming at the public beach in Harbor Springs, and spending time on the private beach where my grandparents lived. We made sure to make it to Mackinac Island every summer for a day trip, went into Petoskey to the Gas Light district for shopping, and spend time sitting on the balcony overlooking Lake Michigan. Unfortunately, in my teenage years, my grandparents sold that property as they relocated to North Carolina. We went many years without going up there. Eventually, we all wanted to come up as a family and were looking into vacation rentals. We found a wonderful woman that we rented a condo from in this particular condo association. We loved it! Although it wasn't on the lake, it was close. We discovered Petoskey State Park and many other things to enjoy. We rented here several times before taking a break and travelling elsewhere. Our hearts kept thinking about Harbor Springs and we decided to buy a property there. We found out there was a condo for sale in our favorite condo association and that's where this all begins!

Although we are renting this for short term vacation rentals, we consider this our home. We do spend time here (I recently came up in the winter for the first time to take my kids skiing) with our individual families but also all of us. We partake in the experience just as you do, and we feel we have put our heart and souls into this place. In terms of comparing this to other condos in our association, our condo is more secluded than many other buildings which makes it more peaceful in my opinion.
