This is a beautiful condo, we've been here many times. It's always impeccably clean, the views are beautiful, we have no complaints. Will be back again in April or May.

The perfect place to stay!

We came to Hilton Head for the first time and we had the best stay. Our condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, and appliances we needed to make our week stay a breeze. The view from the patio was beautiful. The condo and the complex was clean, easy access to the beach. We can't wait to come back again next year! This has become our favorite new vacation spot!

Excellent Location and Accommodations

The ocean view was spectacular. The unit was clean, very nicely furnished and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the pool and the beach. The check-in and check-out process were very well communicated and all went according to plan. If coming back to that area, we would definitely stay there again.

We LOVE Sea Cloisters, Carol & Rocky and Hilton Head Properties R and R?

Sea Cloisters is the best kept secret on Hilton Head Island, SC! The best beaches on the island. We like the size of the resort. Beach towels were provided as well as Starbucks coffee. Hilton Head Properties R and R always make us feel special. We will most definitely be back.

Peaceful and relaxing

Really a great place and great value. We arrived very late and had no issue getting in. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. Simple short walk to the beach. Great view from the balcony and easy to access the rest of the island. Really loved it. Will likely go back.

Amazing oceanfront location and fantastic covered balcony!

The absolute best part of this unit is the VIEW! You can see and HEAR the ocean from the large covered balcony!! And, despite the record heat and humidity while we were there, there always seemed to be a breeze when we were sitting on the balcony so we didn't even have to turn on the ceiling fan! The balcony also affords you an aerial view of the pool which proved helpful too. We sat out there ALL THE TIME! I even folded laundry out there and we all enjoyed watching a couple of lightning storms from there as well. My immediate family stayed in this condo while my elderly father and other family members had timeshare accommodations less than a mile down the road at the Marriott Barony Beach Club, so it was a very convenient location. Overall, this unit is well appointed. The king-sized bed in the primary is extremely comfortable! We loved the walk-in shower in the primary and the heated toilet seat was something we'd never experienced before. The tub in the second bathroom appeared to be brand new, but proved to be a bit slick when showering. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of seating in the living room when the other family members came over to visit. Our only disappointment was that there were only 2 very small sand chairs in the hall closet with sand toys when the unit says it accommodates 6 guests, so even the 3 of us did not have enough chairs we could utilize for our trips to the beach. Bottom line, we can't say enough good things about this Sea Cloisters unit. If we return to Hilton Head Island we will absolutely look to stay here again!!!

Thank you for such a wonderful and detailed review! We're thrilled to hear the ocean view and covered balcony became such a favorite part of your stay. Being able to see and hear the ocean while enjoying that coastal breeze is certainly one of the things that makes this Sea Cloisters condo so special. We're also glad the location worked so well for your family, especially with other family members staying nearby. It's wonderful to hear you found the condo comfortable and well-appointed, from the primary suite and updated bathrooms to the well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Thank you for choosing Hilton Head Properties Realty & Rentals. Hearing that you would seek out this same Sea Cloisters condo on your next Hilton Head visit is one of the best compliments we could receive. We look forward to welcoming you back!

The master suite was really well done however the other bedroom definitely need mattresses that were not so worn. The furnishings were nice but “well used” in the living space. The kitchen is very well stocked.

Excellent Beach Accommodations

Thia was a nicely updated unit with a great view and a great location. You couldn't ask for a place closer to the beach in Hilton Head. Grounds and pool on the property were very nice. There are several previous reviews mentioning repairs needed to tbe living room sliding door. This is badly needed, my child nearly lost a finger. Its a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Poor communication

The sliding door frame with the handle fell off. It was initially taped back in. One of the double beds was awful the box springs were broken down making it impossible to sleep in. We pulled the mattress into the dining area so my son could sleep. I send three emails regarding theses issues to you. I received a response after 3 days that you would call the next morning to discuss the issues. No call came. Very disapppointed with the lack of communication.
