In the future, don't hesitate to ask about an early check-in or late checkout if needed or just desired. We can't always accommodate, especially in spring and summer months, but we will certainly look at our calendar and try! We ask that guests respect the 4pm check-in and 10am checkout time frames so that our housekeeping and inspection teams have the property fully ready. But if there's flexibility, we love to provide more time at the property for our guests.

Ask and ye shall receive! We provided the microfiber towels because they dry so quickly but we have heard from a few folks that they prefer convention towels and have replaced the microfiber towels with some nice heavy terrycloth.

As for our listing photos, they are professionally taken and showcase the proper orientation to the ocean if you look at window and balcony views. Other recent travelers noted that "the property was just as described" and again how everything is "as described", so we are confident our listing representation is accurate. Our condo is within walking distance to so much! Including Main Beach Park, Fort Clinch State Park, Egan's Creek Greenway, Pirate's Playground, a local surf shop, putt-putt, the skateboarding park, city basketball courts, and various tour operators - which makes it so convenient for embarking on all kind of adventures! We are sorry to hear the Wifi was giving you trouble. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team so we can immediately address that for you! We checked it after receiving this and everything connected. We have not had any other guests have issues that we are aware of. Yes, the pool is not heated and can still be cold for some people in the spring. Overall, we are glad you thought the condo was a great space and we hope you will consider being our guest again when you return to Amelia Island!
