This amazing, three-story vacation rental is located in the Villas of Corolla Bay - just a short walk from gorgeous beaches and a quick drive from Corolla Village. Inside this colorful and inviting, four-bedroom home, with a convenient private elevator, you'll find an open top-floor with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area with a table for six, and a living are with comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. On the bottom floor, there's a TV lounge with a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, sofabed, and ping-pong table. Outside, enjoy a soak in your private hot tub, relax on the furnished deck, or take a short stroll over to swim in the community pool. And for sleeping options, this home offers two king suites (including one room on the middle level with its own balcony overlooking the courtyard), a ground-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a kid-friendly bunk room.

Thanksgiving stay

The house was adorable and so cozy. Perfect for the 2 families. Loved the Thanksgiving welcome items! Just wish there were some much needed coffee pods & a liquid handsoap! Everything else was great!

Enjoyed family and friends

Property was but the circuit tripped when we charged our golf cart. Kitchen was wonderfully equipped. Need to leave more trash bags and dishwasher pods.

Great home. Only minor issues - great maintenance!

There were some issues with the maintenance of the house. There was a sink leak and a broken kitchen drawer when we arrived. The hot tub needed to be drained and refilled as well. The maintenance crew was great and the house was beautiful.

Just Breathe Corolla CB48

Beautiful house, perfect for a single family with young children, would totally rent it again. Where the accuracy of the listing falls short is that you can walk to the beach but it’s no hop skip and a jump, especially lugging all the beach amenities. There are more beach “things” (umbrella, wagon, toys), than just chairs which is all that is listed; wish we had known and wouldn’t have packed as much. This was our first time contacting Vacasa, all they did was copy the listing and reply. Similarly to beach things, there’s enough for a infant/toddler/child that you don’t need high chairs, books, toys, or pack-n-play - none of which was listed, but was a happy surprise. Vacasa is absolutely useless when you contact them. They send auto replies and only copy/paste info from the listing. No one brought the trash/recycling out before we arrived and all the cans were full. Vacasa said they would take care of it, but never did. Similarly there was an issue with the master shower, again they said someone would be in touch to make repair. No one ever called.

Just Breathe Corolla Vacation

We had a fantastic time. The kids enjoyed the pool and the elevator was very helpful to my husband who has back problems. They also enjoyed the shuffleboard. Plenty of chairs for the beach and also a wagon carrier as well as an umbrella. We made lots of memories.

Great upgrades, great stay

We stayed in this house when it was run by a different realty company, and we loved the improvements, especially with the TV (loved having a Smart TV!), copious extra blankets, and nightlights. The house was clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed for our winter beach getaway-- plus soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and even shampoo. The check-in process was super easy and we liked having all of the house info readily available via the Vacasa app. We recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

4th year

This was the 4th year that we have stayed in this house. Originally the house was a Sun Reality property but since it has changed realtor the service and the house has gone down hill. We will be going back to Sun Reality for next year

Sweet Home Away from Home

We truly enjoyed Aldame by the Sea. Plenty of room to spread out, lots of amenities for the kids (pool table, gaming space, hot tub). Well-appointed kitchen as well.

Roomy and Great AC and Pet Friendly

We stayed in this property during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. The AC was great. The master bedroom bed and pillows are super comfortable. With Covid being so prevalent and a statewide order for masks in NC, we were a bit surprised to find a few areas not clean. One of the biggest factors for renting in the OBX is that properties would be cleaned thoroughly. While nit picky, we found grass/dust on stairwells that you easily see the way the staircase/stairs are laid out, a crab claw or something under the couch (dog found it), food left on silverware, and lipstick stains on glasses. However, with all of that said, the property is very comfortable and gives you lots of exercise since it's 3 levels. We had just about all we needed in the kitchen. Stores are close by in either direction and there's alot of easy biking. It's about a half mile from the beach, but an easy walk. The community pool was like bath water and too crowded for our comfort level because of Covid.
