Newly renovated high-end Penthouse condo (305 Grandview on Grace Bay) on Grace Bay Beach. Situated right in the heart of Grace Bay, great restaurants are very close, water sports and other excursions are easily accessible.
Accommodations for 8 adults (4 king beds) and 2 children (Murphy bed) total of 10

Great Christmas week for a family of 5. Right on Grace Bay. Grilled on Christmas Day. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Short walk to shopping. Bikes are provided, which was nice. Jing, the house manager, was awesome. She organized our car rental for us and helped us with any questions we had.

We had an amazing trip. The home is absolutely beautiful as is the view. As a group of 6, there was plenty of room for meals, watching tv and playing games. Thanks so much for the great communication along the way

Family vacation

Overall, this condo was the perfect setup for traveling with adult children and their significant others. Plenty of space and privacy. The location on Grace Bay cannot be beat. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Blu at the GrandView. Condo was exactly as described and had postcard views from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay on Grace Bay!

Perfect location and a beautiful condo! The bed was comfortable and everything worked well! Best of all was that view! The condo has an everything you need and near many amenities. Gorgeous place!

Amazing place

The condo was very clean and spacious. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Will stay again.

The condo had everything our family could have wanted and had breathtaking views from the balcony. It was close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and the grocery store making everything easy!

Wonderful location and beautiful private retreat on Grace Bay. Everything you need for your next beach vacay. Very private location with great amenities. Owners were very responsive to all of our first timer questions. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property and location

This is the place to be for relaxation in the beach. Food was excellent in every restaurant that we attended. Caroline was an excellent host and her staffing superb. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying at this property for our family vacation. Unit was beautiful and clean. Pool was well maintained and beach was beautiful with plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas. Caroline was a wonderful host and when an issue came up during our stay, she handled it quickly for us. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property with beautiful views

Stayed here with friends for my 40th bday celebration. I could not say more great thing about this property. Not only was the unit spacious and fabulous, the ocean view, beach access, and location in town could not be beat. I would definitely stay again.

The experience of renting the property was such an easy process. The host Carolina answered all my questions in a timely manner and informed me on all the sex I needed to know about coming to Turks!
