The Grandview is located in an exclusive enclave of only 18 private residences overlooking beautiful Grace Bay -- 'best beach in the Caribbean' (Conde Naste). This fabulous two-level oceanfront penthouse condominium offers discriminating guests three bedrooms and three full baths.
The upper level encompasses the entire floor and features a master bedroom with king-size bed, flat screen TV, spacious and sunny master bath suite with extra-large shower, and his and her vanities.
The lower level contains a second master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. Both bedrooms offer stunning views of Grace Bay. The third bedroom also has a king size bed and there is a full bathroom right next to it.
You will also enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen with all up-to-date appliances including a wine fridge and a washer and dryer. The dining/living area leads to a spacious private balcony where one can enjoy mesmerizing views of Grace Bay's crystal-clear turquoise waters and the pristine pool and hot tub area.
The pool is surrounded by an expansive tiled terrace which affords one the opportunity to lounge in the sun or enjoy your favorite meal al-fresco.
The property also offers an on-site exercise room, proximity to many gourmet restaurants, boutique shopping and golf course.

Everything was so beautiful and clean! We loved having the ocean view on the balcony and being so close to the beach with beach chairs! Jenn and Jing were very helpful. Everyone in our group loved staying here. Highly recommend!

This lovely, spacious condo was exactly as advertised, with perfect Grace Bay access. We arrived a day late due to flight cancelations and the on site team had no problems accommodating us. A minor plumbing issue our first full day in the condo was taken care of immediately. Access to the unit is easy and it's right in the middle of the main tourist area, with dozens of restaurants within a ten minute drive. The kitchen is well stocked. My family of four enjoyed our stay.

Jing was awesome. The condo was beautiful. We’ve been coming 20 years so we knew we were getting a great location, staff and condo. I have the same two suggestions for all the owners at Grandview: you need to find a way to provide some shade around the pool. No one uses it because the sun bakes it all day. It’s so hot and there is no respite except for a small area around the hot tub. You need a large high table and high bar chairs on the balcony. 306 used to have this and you could sit at the table and see the ocean without looking through the railing. It was AWESOME. sitting out there with coffee and laptop in the morning was the best. Now none of the top units have a table and chairs like that. So cheap to do and it would make a huge improvement.

A perfect week

What’s more to say that is not already covered by the many other glowing reviews? This is a fantastic property in a great location on Grace Bay. We loved waking up every morning to the unobstructed ocean views. The beach set ups are comfortable and much closer to the water than other resorts down the bay, which was perfect for keeping an eye on our kids while they played on the beach. The property felt very safe and private. Easy parking and also easy to walk between the parking, condo, pool, and beach. Everything from the condo itself to the pool area to the beach was spotless. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the plentiful towels! The two levels feel spacious and the layout was ideal for our two families.Jing and team are welcoming, communicative, and generous with their time. We could not have asked for more helpful hosts. We will hopefully be back very soon.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The location and condo were perfect. The check in process was so smooth. Jing was incredibly helpful and the run punch waiting for us was a lovely welcome. We arrived on the birthday of one of our party and Jennifer and Jing arranged to have a cake. Incredible stay!!

Best location

We enjoyed another stay at the Grandview Condos. The location can’t be beat. The unit was well furnished and very clean.

Awesome stay on Grace Bay

This is an amazing property. I would highly recommend it to everyone. This was my third trip to Provo with my family and this was our best trip. Condo quality is fantastic! Amenities, location and local support staff are great. Enjoy!

Wonderful

The communication before the stay was present and clear when I had questions. The check in process was a breeze and we were met by Jing who handled everything we needed. We had a small issue with the sleeper sofa but Jing took care of it swiftly. The space is exactly as described and the location is absolutely perfect. The check out process was seemless. This was our fourth visit to the island and we will be back again.

Great property

The communication from the property owners and support staff was amazing, often responding within minutes to any questions we had during and prior to our stay. The property itself is very nicely maintained and the condo was larger than we expected. The beach area was much nicer than other areas we walked and there was no fighting or having to reserve beach chairs like you would in a hotel or resort even with our large group. Overall it was a perfect family beach vacation!

Amazing views, location cleanliness

Great family vacation. The condo was perfect. It was just as described, cute, clean and comfortable. The communication was so helpful and included many local recommendations. It was so lovely to be able to walk down to the beach and already have the chairs and umbrellas set up each day. The gated community was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Paradise in Grace Bay

This was our first trip to Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos and this rental was above an beyond our expectations. The location, cleanliness, convenience and views were spectacular. The penthouse condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your vacation enjoyable. Will definelty stay here again !!

Really nice stay

The property was exactly as advertised and described by other guests. Great location, right on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and nice pool as well. Ideal for families with multiple generations. Really good open layout with a balcony looking right over the beach. Washer dryer was key. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation on the Beach

Our family loved our stay at the Grandview. The staff assisted us with everything we needed for a smooth check-in/check out. The apartment was spacious - with great living space, a balcony overlooking the beach, and a well appointed kitchen. We were steps from the beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas for guest use. Located a short walk along the beach to many near by restaurants. A perfect stay. Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful property and very well managed with meeting every request we had. Minor problem on one day with the property next door being remodeled and 8 hours of a jack hammer. However not the fault of the property we rented and it stopped after we complained

We have visited Turks and Caicos many times and have always stayed at The Grandview. Having travelled internationally, it is truly our favorite place in the world to be. We had been looking for an opportunity to purchase our dream vacation and retirement condo and when a Penthouse unit became available, so we jumped on it. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as my family and I do. It is located on one of the best beaches in the world, is a quiet location on the beach but very close to fine restaurants, nightlife and bars, a casino, and the golf course.
