Simple elegance that will call you back to one of the most wonderful areas in the South. Our condo boasts clutter free decor with high quality furnishings and linens.

Every personality and age group in your party will find their fun! Golfers, tennis players, bikers, runners, walkers, shoppers, beach lovers, explorers, foodies....there is something for everyone!

Pawleys Island is BEAUTIFUL. Litchfield Beach has miles and miles of walking. The Low Country offers food for the eyes, heart and soul. It is a FEAST ...you will LOVE Pelican Nichee' as your home away from home.

Enjoy fun filled days on the beach building sand castles, surfing the waves, playing beach games, reading, walking or bicycling. Treat your taste buds with the delicious food at many of the wonderful restaurants in the area. Golf in the area is fantastic as well!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The view from the balcony is beautiful and it is an easy walk to the beach! It was the perfect condo for our family vacation - will definitely plan a future stay here!

This condo was absolutely amazing! Super clean throughout: bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms – spotless. The views were outstanding, beautiful view of the ocean and beach from every window. The owners were lovely to work with, very responsive, & offered suggestions for local destinations!!

We had a great anniversary-birthday celebration in this beautiful condo. The views from the wraparound balcony were spectacular. To say this was a 2-bedroom condo doesn't do it justice. It was very spacious, well-supplied and comfortable. Very convenient to everything Pawleys Island ... our favorite restaurants and shopping.

Staying at Marci and Melinda’s condo was a great experience. They were accommodating leading up to the stay as well as during the stay, very responsive, and have a wonderfully located, well maintained, and cozy beach condo in Litchfield By The Sea with all the amenities you would need! I would highly recommend and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Although the outdoor view is outstanding, the unit was not well stocked with ordinary supplies as garbage bags, toilet paper, hangers and other which we had to purchase. The unit is in need of updating. Some issues incl: back door lock not operating, dirty outdoor furniture cushions, no beach chairs, clouded overused glassware. Although the unit was stocked with cookware, we never did so, therefore those items were not important to our party.At the fee per week with a requirement to launder all towels before leaving, this unit is overpriced. A comparable oceanfront unit through the resort, fully remodeled including 2 breakfasts, is considerably less. We have previously stayed in the later building which is also oceanfront. We respectfully suggest a remodel to obtain the rental fee cited. Thank you for your invite to comment.

SC Vacation

Location and accommodations were perfect. Hearing the surf 24 hours a day is very relaxing.

You will fall in love with Pelican Nichee' and the memories you will make in Pawleys Island on Litchfield Beach. The food is great in the Low Country. Franks, Chive Blossom, Bistro 217, Kudzu Bakery... oh, the list is big . Bicycling, tennis and golf make for fun adventures. Rent a boat or just build a sandcastle on the beach. Read that book you have been saving for some down time.
