Our spacious 48-square-meter studio is located in the Mont Vernon residence, at the foot of the eastern bay. The complex features a large swimming pool, tropical gardens, a laundry facility, a new grocery store with fresh baguettes, pastries, fresh and frozen foods, a pizzeria, and parking

Our studios were completely renovated in 2021; they are air-conditioned, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and all identical.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with toiletries (shower gel, soap, and shampoo), a hair dryer, and we provide small and large towels as well as beach towels,

Each studio features a large king-size bed (2 m x 2 m) and a sofa bed for 1 to 2 additional guests, a sitting area with a flat-screen TV offering French and American satellite channels, an electric roller shade, private Wi-Fi with very fast speeds (free), a 110/220V adapter, USB ports for charging phones and laptops, a safe, and an ironing board and iron.
The balcony or patio features a table and chairs—it’s the perfect spot to enjoy your meals while taking in a beautiful view of the ocean.

The Mont Vernon residence is likely the best location on the island—private and quiet in a gated community with 24-hour security, right at the foot of Orient Bay Beach. It offers the perfect setting for an active yet relaxing vacation, with spectacular views of Orient Bay, St. Barths, Tintamarre, and Pinel Islet. Further down the beach, you’ll find numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, parasailing, etc.).
