Hi Jonathan - thanks for leaving a review. It is unfortunate that the Puargatory front desk did not have their paperwork in order when you arrived. We did send them your arrival information 3 times prior to your arrival - once when you first made your reservation, then again when you updated your dates, and again the morning of your arrival. Luckily we were able to answer their phone call late at night to facilitate getting you into your condo as soon as possible. We have reached out to their management about this and have been assured they are on top of it. We are very responsive to any issues a guest has during their stay - we just need to know about them while you are here so we can resolve it quickly. We strive for exceptional cleanliness and customer service. We hope you will stay with us again in the furture and have a more positive experience.
