Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are pleased to hear that you found the studio to be in good condition and well-suited for your family's needs. We appreciate your comments on the nice kitchen and fireplace as well. However, we apologize that the bed did not provide a comfortable night's sleep due to it sinking in the middle. We will make sure to address this issue and ensure that our future guests are able to rest well. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the need for more hooks to hang ski clothes and additional shelves/cabinets for clothes. We will take this into consideration as we evaluate our unit's layout and amenities. We are sorry to hear that the carpet in the closet/household item closet was dirty and did not meet your expectations. Our housekeeping team will make sure to thoroughly clean this area to ensure that it is up to our guests' standards. Lastly, we apologize that the unit's distance from the ski lift was further than you had anticipated. We do our best to provide accurate information about our units' locations on our website, and we will make sure to review this information to ensure that it is clear for our guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a better experience in the future. Sincerely, The Durango Collection
