Loved this place!

Right on the beach: lovely property in a peaceful nature-filled area. Condo was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed our 10 day stay. My 6 year old loved the pool : )

Great location Great views

We really enjoyed our stay again.The condo is great and easy access to the pool and beach which are just a few steps away. We watched beautiful sunsets every night, saw dolphins and manatees nearly everyday. Also ate at some great restaurants, visited the malls several times which are all close by. Love this place! We will definitely be back! Brian is brilliant at replying to all messages even with the time difference from the UK.

A Wonderful Vacation

From the 1st moment I made reservations months in advanced to the final day this was perfect. Brian is a great host and flawless in his communication. The condo is a great location. I prefect a quiet area and this fit my idea of just what I wanted. Everything you need is in the condo to cook a nice meal. I loved all the nice shells I found on my long walks. The view says it all. I won't hesitate to return. Thank you for everything!

Loved our stay at Seascape

Everything was as described and pictured. The condo was in the perfect place, right above the pool and with spectacular day views and evening sunsets also so close that you can see dolphins and manatees in the ocean. Peaceful beach without too many people. I cannot say enough good things about Denise & Brian they were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered instantly. Even when hurricane Irma hit, sending us information on how to get to the evacuation centres and letting us take bedding from the condo. They couldn't of been any nicer. Thanks again for everything. The condo is clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend it. Very friendly building. Loved it and hope to return.

In the 20 years we've been renting our unit, this was the first time a guest needed to evacutate for a hurricane.....sorry about that. Perfect!

Right on the beach...perfect!!! Brian was a fantastic communicator. Condo had everything we needed: beach towels, chairs, toys; all the necessary kitchen supplies; cleaning supplies; paper goods; toiletries; and more! We saw dolphins everyday and swam with manatees in the ocean. We could sit on the lanai and watch the beautiful sunset if we didn’t feel like going down to the beach. Your have a full frontal view of the pool and the ocean. Location was quiet and private and only a 20 minute drive to tons of shops and restaurants. Family friendly or romantic getaway, Seascape is good for both. We’ve been coming to the Naples area for years for my son to attend weather camp. We’ve stayed in many condos in different areas around Naples. You will not be sorry if you stay here.

Very comfortable condo is wonderful setting.

My husband and I have been in this wonderful condo for the month of January. I am writing this on our last night here as I sit at the dining table and listen to the surf. This was our first experience with VRBO and I did not trust that the condo would be as nice as the pictures portrayed, but the pictures actually don't do justice to how nice this is. Open, spacious, airy. I loved that I could see dolphins jumping while I stood at the sink. I loved that we could open the screen door and have a great breeze right through the condo. I loved going to sleep in the master bedroom with the sliding glass door open, the ever constant sound of the surf in the background. The tennis courts are in good shape and were available when we wanted to play. The condo has everything that we needed. Having the washer and dryer right in the unit is convenient. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, extra linens. The owner, Brian, was helpful in every way. The process of securing the condo, paying, getting keys, all of it was very easy. The staff at the condo have been available to help with everything from restaurant suggestions to providing some WD-40 for my bicycle chain. It has just been a total pleasure to be here.

Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Brian was very attentive to the few times we had questions. The condo was clean, well equipped with a great view of the Gulf and the pool. The grounds are very nice and well maintained. We are looking forward to our stay again next year.

Excellent ocean view

We loved our stay in Brian's place and would definitely stay again. It's in a great location with an amazing ocean view. Brian was very responsive to all our questions. The unit is well equipped, clean and comfortable and our kids loved the pool.

PROPERTY WAS WELL MAINTAINED. STAFF WERE MOST FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING.

We have been coming to Seascape for the past 22 years, 21of which has been in the same unit with the same owner. Needless to say we have been most pleased with nearly every aspect of our experience. The owner has been attentive to any concerns we may have had and has responded to any observed needs within the unit in a timely and responsible manner. Our annual visit to Seascape continues to be an event that we greatly look forward to each year. We offer our thanks and gratitude to the owner for making his unit available to us for these many years.

SeaScape is a very nice property located on a very quiet dead-end small street. I love the beach and total view of the Gulf of Mexico right from our condo. Very unique property.

great location but condo needs improvement

The location and view are excellent, right on the beach and overlooking a very nice pool. The complex and condo were quite clean. However the condo itself is tired and deserves upgrading.

Jim, I'm sorry you were temporarily put out by the replacement of the leaking water heater. As you know, this was a situation that when brought to my attention by Janet, the condo manager, I had to respond and replace immediately so as to not cause water issues with other condo owners below us. Based on your pleasant review from your stay last November, 2016, I felt you were happy with the accommodations. Your comment last year regarding the lack of streaming music was taken care of with a new blue tooth music player. In addition since your stay in November, 2016, we've put in a new refrigerator, new washer/dryer, installed new ceiling fans, along with miscellaneous other touches. Just prior to your initial stay in 2016, we replaced both the sofa and reclining chair. Thank you for your comments.

A quality rental. Excellent for families with kids. Recommend

We stayed at the condo for 3 weeks in May. The condo is very practical, clean, and convenient in every respect. No signs of mold which often plagues AC systems in humid climates (I am sensitive to it). The AC is very powerful so hot weather was not an issue. The building and grounds are very well maintained. The view from the living room and the master bedroom is fantastic.Screened lanai is very nice - it does not get direct sun till late afternoon and usually cool and gets nice breeze. I would recommend to lower outside shades for few hours between 4 and 7pm when condo gets the late afternoon sun. Otherwise living room area gets warm and AC will make your bedrooms a bit chilly. Ocean access is very convenient - you go around the pool and you are there. Beach is not crowded at all and 5 minutes walk will take you to a shallow lagoon which is flooded on high tide and dry on low tide - fun for kids lots of shells many are live. The ocean is pretty shallow between the water line and sand breakers - very good for kids but and usable for adults (if you like swimming) except at the lowest tide when it is hard (but possible) to swim or you can swim behind the sand breaker if you are comfortable. It really is an excellent choice for family with kids unless you want a busy scene, entertainment etc. We prefer quiet vacation and spend much time on the beach swimming, walking, running .... We were a bit unlucky with the weather this year first week was cool and very windy and last few days were very windy too. But between playing in lagoon and making sand castles we managed to keep our son occupied. I guess it was just our bad luck with that major cold front covering all eastern board for a week early May. But you can always use the pool of course when the weather is not good which has salt water and is very nice and clean one. Access to grocery stores (from walmart to whole foods market) and restaurants is easy. Drive to downtown Naples is about 30 min. We liked Bha Bha Persian restaurant there very much

Location, Location, Location

This was our third year at SeaScape. Love and appreciate being located on a very quiet, dead-end street right on the Gulf of Mexico. The grounds are kept emaculate. The views are spectacular. Always look forward to returning. Our good friends came for lunch and to see our condo. They will be looking to rent a condo for a couple weeks next year.

A comfortable well located ocean front condo

This 2 bedroom ,2 bathroom condo is located on the forth floor of one of three 6 story buildings in Seascape an ocean front property on Bonita Beach. The condo has amazing clear views of the ocean and daily sunsets. It is well appointed and well maintained. Brian the owner was very responsive when we had questions. We did have some difficulty with the TV but assume that this was a temporary problemeasily corrected. The one amenity that we missed was some form of music, e.g., streamed through the TV or with an iPod docking station. These were minor shortcomings in any otherwise excellent beachfront condo.

Thanks, Jim. Glad you had a great stay. I did find out why the TV would not turn off. The remote must have been accidentilly pressed to "TV" mode, when it needed to be on "cable". By correcting this, I was able to turn off the TV with the remote. Also, I should have thought of this when you brought it to my attention that the phone was not working, the IP based phone line just needed to be unplugged at the modem and plugged back in to reset. Similar to an internet modem, it must have lost connection during a power outage. All is taken care of. Thanks again, Brian.

Very comfortable, generous in size, nicely decorated and well equipped.

I had a delightful stay at this condo for the month of December 2012. The living room and master bedroom overlook the pool, beach and ocean. The very comfortable king size bed provides a clear view of the ocean and the sounds of the crashing waves. It was clean and had a full complement of towels, liens, supplies and kitchen furnishings. The grounds of the condo are exceptionally tidy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The assigned covered parking space is a nice touch. Brian, the owner, was very easy to work with. We were able to make all of the arrangements through e mail in a three day period which included thanksgiving. I find it much easier to deal directly with the owner. I like that aspect of VRBO. There is an "association fee" not included in the list of fees. I was not clear why the fee was assessed nor what it covered. Internet service is provided by Broadstar. Brian made numerous attempts to improve the service with only modest success. I found it suitable for an occasional e mail but anything requiring a faster speed was more problematic. The two bedroom two bath condo is very comfortable, generous in size, nicely decorated and well equipped. I am sure you will enjoy a holiday at this location.

Thanks, Richard. It was a pleasure having you in the unit. After numerous conversations with the internet provider contracted by the condo association, and a visit by their technician, all internet/cable issues have been resolved. Also, I have modified the listing on VRBO to include reference to the condo registration fee. Although we're in a very private and secure area, it was a recent requirement by the association to keep track of all occupants staying at the condominium complex. My wife and I have 3 grown daughters spread out over the country, and we call Southwest Florida home. We love the wonderful winters for the weather, of course, but also love the summer as it's very very quite and extremely relaxing.

We were coming down to Southwest Florida for a few years prior to purchasing this unit. We have truly enjoyed many visits to Seascape and are able to enjoy quick getaways to this very private beach.
