Beautiful home and ample space for our party of 14: 10 adults, 4 children.Floors, furniture, and showers were not as clean as expected for the rental price we paid. Stains on the dining and living room chairs and sofa. Hair in the showers. However, our stay was very enjoyable! Kids loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. We had a wonderful time! Just wanted to share some issues that are easy fixes for future renters.

This property’s location is amazing!!! Literally 3 minutes to the beach that was not crowded at all and so so nice. Seacrest is in between Panama City and Destin. We checked out both cities and if you like crowds be my guest and stay there. I loved being in between them .The house set up was also amazing. Everything worked great. The elevator came in very handy upon arrival and when leaving. Didn’t have to carry luggage up and down three flights of stairs.I would definitely stay there again!!!

Vitamin sea for me

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this property for a family vacation with 15 people, and overall we were very happy with our stay. The home was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. We did experience a few maintenance issues, including an A/C problem, but the property management team responded quickly and had it resolved promptly. Their communication throughout our stay was excellent. The property was generally clean upon arrival, although a few family members felt the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough in certain areas, particularly some of the bathrooms.Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our time here. We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

This house is great for a large group and is VERY close to the beach! The space provided allows for family meals, games, etc. and the pool area was very convenient and comfortable. The elevator allows for easy access to all floors and the cottage house was perfect for a family with three children! The view from the loft areas was beautiful both day and night. We would definitely book it again.

Wonderful Home for Large Families!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this beautiful, comfortable home!! The house was clean, and there was plenty of room for our family vacation with 20 people, including 8 kids. Communication and check in were fantastic. The large kitchen, with two refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made cooking and cleanup very nice! The amount and selection of plates, glasses, bowls and silverware are great; however the cookware needs an update badly. There was only one, pretty worn frying pan. Also, adding a couple more kitchen towels would be helpful. The pool was amazing and clean, with ample seating and a great grill; truly a wonderful space enjoyed by all! The furnishings are beautiful and the beds very comfortable! I guess it goes without saying that white furniture in a rental is lovely, but hard to keep clean. There were several pieces with stains, and some signs of wear. The top floor deck with water views was amazing in the evening! Our favorite thing was the ease and proximity to the gorgeous beach access directly across the street!! This home is truly a gem, and we’d happily return with our big crew!!

The house was gorgeous. Plenty of room for our group of 9 plus 1 dog. The carriage house was perfect for the dog. The boys loved the bunkbeds in the hall. The master bedrooms were huge. The pool was great. Good size for us. Only drawback was we asked to get it heated. It was 97. A little too warm. They came out several times to reprogram it. Communication and response time was great. The bikes were awesome. We used them daily. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having 2 fridges and dishwashers. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk, but there are stairs to get down to the beach. Wasn’t a problem for our group but could be for anyone who has mobility issues. I highly recommend this home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been comming to Rosemary Beach for 25 years and this is the best home ever! We had 7 families and plenty of room for all. Beautiful home with no expense spared. The elevator is great for grandparents as the stairs are quite steep. We did have a few clogged drains and one of the dishwashers was not working. Management responded within hours and fixed the drains, but had to order a part for the dishwasher. Just a block walk to the beach, and the kids loved the pool too.

There is plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep and be comfortable. We have never rented the same home twice but this might be the exception. I would return in a second! Couldn’t get much better!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked this kind of last minute for a spring break getaway for the family, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of utensils, etc. We all loved the pool (had it heated) - in fact we probably spent more time in that than at the beach. Beds were fairly comfortable. Couldn’t get much better in terms of location - very close to the beach but far enough away from the crowded resorts. There is even a new grocery store nearby now. We had a few minor issues during our stay but they were remedied quickly. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Royal Destinations and would definitely be happy to stay through them again and/or stay at the same property!***Note: As of late March 2024 there is a new house in its early construction phase going up directly across the street. Really didn’t impact us too much nor was it overly noisy but something you might want to keep in mind.

Family Getaway to 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very well located and we loved the modern furnishings, large floorplan for families, spacious kitchen (3 refrigerators, a large stove and 2 dishwashers). The pool is small for 20 people but our children were able to use; it was too small for all of us to use at once. The house comfortably accommodated our 20 family members. We did have some ants that RD responded quickly to. We also noted some things that needed repair (broken wire on stair rail 2nd floor, door security monitor on left French doors off kitchen keeps falling down, pavers at skimmer area in pool are markedly sinking below the others, ice machine has some mildew on inside top surface, some curtains are missing pins to hold onto rod (2nd floor bedroom and 3rd floor bedrooms - both suites). Overall, very impressed with Vitamin Sea. **They did notify us that we left some clothing and have been waiting for promised pictures so that we know how to respond for return (pair of socks that we would throw away or nice dress that we'd need to get shipped back to owners). Again, all in all, we are very satisfied with this rental. We hope to hear from the RD team soon about our clothing item.

Our Vitamin Sea Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all it was a great experience. There were a few things that I believe should have been taken care of before we arrived. The air conditioning did not work properly in the second floor bedroom. It was extremely hot in there all week. I did ask for a floor fan and received one. It helped to some degree. We had a problem with ants in the kitchen and some bathrooms. I called twice and both times and was brought cans of Raid. I think the property should have been treated for ants by an exterminator. One of the dishwashers did not work. It had a paper note written inside that said it didn't. I think it should have been fixed before we arrived. The first night we were there most of the fuses blew. It was fixed after we called maintenance. The house is beautiful and very clean. I would stay there again, but would talk to Royal Destinations before our arrival and make sure everything was working.
