Awesome getaway!

We went down to the coast to celebrate our anniversary and do some fishing. The house was great, clean, fantastic location and pet friendly. It was so much fun and the guys enjoyed fishing from the private pier. Caught a ton of fish Saturday night so it was a blast! Owner was easy to communicate with.

Weekend fishing trip

Great location steps away from the water, multiple places to fish from including private pier. Very clean and it was nice to have a restroom in every room. The owner was very helpful and responded to all my questions timely.

we enjoyed our stay at this condo. Conveniently located near restaurants & shopping. Beautiful view on the water. Would definitely stay there again. It was peaceful and quiet. We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night.

The property had great views of the bay. Very well stocked kitchen. We appreciated using the beach chairs. The property could use a little TLC/upkeep in some places.

Paradise For Sure

Everything was just as listed and the view was extraordinary! Location is near enough to everything including Corpus Christi attractions. Communication with owners was easy and pleasant. Perfect for our week-long visit.

Perfect setting

We had a great trip to Rockport and found this condo to be a perfect setting and home base. Plenty of room, comfy beds and a washer and dryer! Our grandkids loved fishing and we caught several interesting fish out on the peirs. We definitely plan to return!

Beautiful condo on the water. Perfect for fishing for all ages and kids also enjoyed the beach area. My boys are already asking to go back.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time. Our 3 year old grandson had a great time in the pool. We loved fishing and relaxing. Loved sitting on the patio watching the sunrise. The owners and property manager were great. Kept us informed and were very helpful. Would recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Very Welcoming!

Hosts had little touches like condiments, paper towels, spices, games, beach towels, coffee filters, and other little things that made you feel welcomed! A felt good will extended as if I was someone they knew. The pier was fun at night for fishermen. The pool was perfect for small ones. The patio had equisite views of the water. Safe environment with many amenities for all to enjoy!

Great week with family!

The Kontiki is the best and we love staying on the bay side. This was a nice condo and the owners were great. Everyone mentions how well stocked the unit is but I was still surprised … I really don’t know what else they could have there for you. The furnishings were nice and the beds very supportive and comfortable. We had a great family vacation with the grandson experiencing his dad’s childhood memories at the Kontiki.

Great stocked condo

We have been going to Kontiki for about 15 years now. This is one of the best stocked condos we have stayed in. I always bring a few of my own pans, but did not need to in this one as there was such a variety. There was also hand soap, dish soap and trash bags which was very nice. The owner would immediately answer any questions I had. Condo was nicely decorated and in the kitchen every cabinet was labeled which was very helpful. Will be booking again soon.

Spring Break Getaway

The condo and surrounding area was great! We were able to use our boat and the little ones were able to play in the sand right outside our condo. The condo was very roomy with many small touches to make it like home. The only issue we had was with the listing of a hot tub on the premises. The hot tub was not a hot tub. The property manager informed us that it does not heat--it just bubbles. With spring break weather, we always plan to stay at a place with a swim area as well as a hot tub, so this was a very disappointing part of our trip. But now we know, and we thought the rest of the area was spectacular! We will definitely plan to stay again--maybe just not during our spring break getaway!

Relaxing space, pet friendly, comfy

We stayed five nights at this 3 bedroom unit. We had a wonderful time enjoying the property amenities. The condo was clean with comfortable beds and furniture and ample space to accommodate six adults. TVs in the main room and each of the 3 bedrooms were a nice plus. The outdoor patio offers a beautiful view of the water and was a nice spot to relax. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the available spices and condiments. The only negative is that the electricity went out for about six hours the first evening. I reached out by phone call to the on-site property manager and received no call back. I then reached out via text to the property owner and was told that they had received a notice from the electrical company that the electricity had gone out and sent me the link to follow ETA for the electricity to be back on. The electricity went out again the following day for about 1 1/2 hours. I contacted the on-site property manager and received no response, again. The owner sent me a text to let me know that the electric company estimated that it would be back on again in a few hours. The owners were very responsive. The on-site property manager, Lina, never returned my calls and I was disappointed that that Lina did not take the initiative to let guests know what was happening with the electricity when it went out the first evening. Guests were outside trying to figure out what had happened. This is why I gave 3 stars for communication with the property manager. We ended up taking our dogs at the last minute and the owners were very accommodating with that last-minute change. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay at this unit again. Thanks!

Great Property Just Snoopy

The property was great!! Right on the water and everything was right near the property. However, the property workers made sure they knew exactly what u were doing and who was visiting u at all times. U had no privacy.

What a gem

We got to meet Maria who cares for the property and the local neighbors. Everyone is just wonderful. That relaxed Texas vibe and the perfect location. We WILL be back :)

From the moment I stepped inside of Perfect Paradise and saw the breath-taking water view, I knew this condo would make the perfect vacation spot for myself, my family and other vacationers. Who can resist the call of the water, just 30 feet from the rear deck! Plus, all the amenities offered by Bayfront Kontiki means that there's something for everyone. If you must leave the complex, Rockport has everything necessary for shopping and entertainment. And, it's accessible without having to cross the ferry! Perfect Paradise has room to house a large family or a group of friends with plenty of space and privacy for all. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. Whether you want to cocoon in the complex or explore the area, or if you are working from a vacation home, Perfect Paradise is the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.
