Other bedrooms are split plan across home and share another walk in shower/toilet area.
Bedroom #3: New King size pillow top bed with 39 inch TV using Fire Stick for streaming, ceiling fan, closet.
Bedroom #4: New Bunk Beds with twins and pull out trundle. Separate full size bed providing Great room for the kids, could sleep 5 kids comfortably (or maximum of 2 adults and 3 kids). Wall mounted 39 inch TV, using Fire Stick for streaming,
Great Room /Kitchen: Large open plan great room with fireplace, wall mounted 65 inch 4k TV with streaming, ceiling fan, couch seating for eight, large windows and double sliding doors open directly to the pool with gorgeous views. Amazing kitchen with 'hidden' stove top, all appliances and a large marble counter with seating for 7, next to table for 6+ and additional bar height table for 2.
Couch also pulls out into an extra queen bed.

Patio #1 is our Huge pool side covered patio over 600 sq.ft. patio. This great ‘hang out’ space wraps around living/dining and kitchen areas. There is even pass thru window from the kitchen to the grill to keep the ‘cool inside’ on those warm summer days. The pass thru window even has an outside counter and bar stools for those friends to ‘talk to the chef or kitchen prepper’ yet be outside with the pool people.
NEW> This patio is also adjacent to Mini Golf holes 8 & 9 - which also doubles as a Cornhole toss area.
Patio # 2 is off the Main Suite with it’s own pergola covered 150 sq ft. area with views to the Lake - with large Palm trees surrounding the area.
Patio #3 is our NEWEST update with 7 holes of Mini-Golf! Lit for night use also under a huge pergola covered 500 sq. ft. area on the North side and fully enclosed with privacy lattice and latching gates. This area can be viewed from the living area via a big window for parents to check in on any little ones. This area can also be a ‘get away from the noise’ area for the adults. Even on a windy day, the North patio blocks most of those Havasu gusts.
Patio #4 is at the front entry and is a great 100 sq. ft covered area to have some quiet time and read a good novel.

PARKING AREA - We also have a large 16 x 75' deep parking area outside of our main gate - off of the top of the driveway.
This is a family & kid friendly home, NOT a party house. MUST BE AGE 28 or older to rent and booking will be subject to cancellation if ages are not verified.
There are security cameras around the exterior and in the shared garage which can record video. No cameras are aimed into the home or pool area. Per City Ordinance #9.30.050, digital 24 hour noise monitors are installed which document noise levels to the cloud and send alerts to us when noise levels are exceeded, but do not record audio.
Pool/spa heating is not included, but available upon request at an additional cost per day, based on normal use hours. Unfortunately, fuel rates change throughout the year and weather temperatures affect how long it takes to heat pool.
EVENTS must be pre-approved in advance by Owner, regardless of Vrbo acceptance.
Do not list an animal or service animal as a “child”, pets are not allowed (even 'fur babies')
If you have a service animal, you must provide the following answers:
1. Do you require the service animal because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
