Let the Fin Begin the moment you arrive at this vacation rental home with its upgraded amenities, an outdoor Tiki Bar and Lounge area with a Pool table! There are 6 bedrooms which includes 4 Master Suites to accommodate your family group. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

Beds: 3 King Masters, 1 Queen Jr. Master, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Pyramid Bunk Set; 12 Towel Sets provided

TOP LEVEL:
This modern beach home has large, comfortable couches for TV viewing or admiring the views from the large windows. The Dining area seats 8 and the Kitchen bar counter seats 4. The Kitchen has marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop range. There is a half bath on this level. A picnic table and outdoor seating on the Sun Deck is another place to dine and enjoy the outdoors. The Ships Watch is a private area for reading and relaxing. The King Master Suite is on the top level and has a shower and double sinks in its master bath (no TV in this bedroom). [Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
Take the stairs down to the landing and main entry hallway where there are 4 bedrooms on this level: the 2 King Master Suites each have flat-screen TVs and private baths with shower/tub combos and one of these bedrooms has deck access. The Double Twins Bedroom has a flat-screen TV and it shares a Semi-Private bath with the Queen Jr. Master Suite (one door to the bathroom, another door to the hall) with deck access (no TV in this bedroom).

GROUND LEVEL:
The ground level has been converted into a 6th bedroom which has a Pyramid Bunk Set and flat-screen TV and a Lounge area with a Pool table and another flat-screen TV. The Laundry Area is on this level also. The fun really begins outdoors when hanging out by the Tiki Bar overlooking the pool with a 46" flat-screen TV available and a refrigerator to keep beverages and snacks cold. The pool measures 12' x 26' and is open mid-May to mid-Oct as is the Tiki Bar; there's also an outdoor shower and gas grill on the pool deck. A basketball hoop is located in the driveway at the front of the house.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball! There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.

Vacation 2022

Contact response from management was very good. Jason the maintenance man was wonderful, prompt, and took care of the issues that were minor. The house downsides were many steps, cleaning should have been better, water issues of took very long time for hot water in all areas of house, Jason informed in one of the bedrooms hot is cold and cold washit on the faucet, this needs corrected. Positives of house; pool was very nice and loved the tiki bar. Improvement suggestions; never used the pool table, for business purposes would be great to make a full bedroom suite w/ bathroom as the family staying in that room had to come up a floor for a bathroom. Also recommend a toilet as well in the outdoor shower area for less wear and tear on going into house each and every time Thank you, Deb D

Perfect For a Small Family Vacation

Overall this home was perfect for our 2022 family vacation. We had a total of 7 adults and 3 children and we fit perfectly. The check-in process was a little frustrating. They did not offer early check-in and when they say 4:00 check-in, they meant it. The cleaners had been done for hours and they house did not open for us until 4:05. The house was well equipped and had pretty much everything we needed. A few of the adults thought the beds were a little hard. Additionally, the wood decking needs replaced. Some of the boards are rotting and there are nails sticking up that were a danger to the kids' feet. The pool was small but the pool area was excellent. The outdoor tiki bar area was really nice! The Currituck Club location was also super convenient to shopping and the beach trolleys were way better than driving everyday. Overall, this house was excellent and we would highly recommend it to others.

Fun stay in Corolla

Easy rental process. Great spaces for a group and especially enjoyed the pool and decks. Only critique is about cleanliness - floors were quite dirty and dusty and we ended up washing some bedspreads and cleaning the floors to get rid of dust. Upstairs main bathroom also had a moldy shower curtain. Other than that a great house.

Love Corolla

This house was PERFECT for our first visit to the Outer Banks! We had an amazing time...honestly we probably spend 75% of the time AT THE HOUSE! The pool and tikibar were both so nice to have...perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back again!
