An 8 to 10 minute walk will take you to the amazing Sheridan Beach. Washington Park Zoo is 4 blocks away as well as the Historical Lighthouse & Pier, within a short walking distance. If shopping is part of your plans, the Lighthouse Premium Outlet is just 5 minutes away.
Other nearby attractions: New Buffalo - 14 minutes, Indiana Dunes State Park- 18 minutes

Our cozy living room, dining area, and a convenient kitchen will provide you with all the amenities that you need to make your stay comfortable. The entire first floor of this home is used exclusively for Airbnb.
You will have access to the home and a shared large yard which accommodates many outdoor activities. A gas grill and an outdoor picnic table are available. A wagon for the beach is also provided.
For those not interested in cooking much a fantastic breakfast/lunch cafe is 1 block away and a tasty Jamaican restaurant is 2 blocks away.

Please note:
-Must be 25+ years old to book.
-Extra guests are not allowed. If you have more
guests and would like to rent both units, search for
the lower unit called "North Wind" This will allow you to rent both the upper
and lower units of the duplex at the same time,
sleeping up to 13 guests total.
-No parties, events, or inappropriate behavior
allowed in this QUIET family-oriented neighborhood.
-If you are bringing infants/babies, the unit is NOT
baby-proofed. You assume responsibilities for all guests.
-The lower unit may be rented out at the same time, (their ceiling is your floor) so there is potential for noise from other guests.
