Convenient and fun spot to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. The house is very convenient to everything downtown Ouray. The sleeping accommodations were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet of the backyard fire pit. The parking area behind the house was so convenient for unloading as well as an area off the Main Street so you always had a parking spot. I definitely would rent again if we return to the picturesque area of Ouray!

We had a fabulouse stay at 414 Main St. This is a very cool house with a ton of interesting history. This is the first time we have stayed in Ouray and it was fantastic. Love the town and there is an amazing amount things to do in and around town. Hiking is fantastic. Had a great jeep ride up Yankee Boy Basin and hiked to Wright Lake. Lots of good restaurants and shops on Main St.The house was perfect. Great kitchen area and living room. The outdoor space with the firepit was our gathering place every afternoon before dinner. Check in/out were simple and easy. Host was excellent.

Ouray Property

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the back yard area where we sat and had wine and cheese. The kitchen was also wonderful. There were several downsides, however. There is no door on the master bedroom bathroom! Another issue was the slanting ceilings in the bedrooms were low enough we spent some time nursing banged heads.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 12. jun. 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Patricia! We're so glad you enjoyed the backyard and kitchen. We appreciate your comments about the low slanted ceilings—they're certainly unique features of the home. We will follow up with the owner on that Master Bath door situation-it is odd. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future!

Fantastic Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, but the slant of the house and the odd layouts of bathrooms was definitely different. Closed in backyard was wonderful for storing our dirt bikes and letting the dogs run. All in all the location wins, but the house is a bit odd. We never really got comfortable.
