The Space:

Seascape Lakefront Villas are located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico on the west side of Seascape Resort along Stewart Lake adorned with lily pads and just steps from the beach. This lovely pet-friendly townhome has two stories and offers two bedrooms, two baths, a screened-in patio as well as a screened-in balcony, both facing the lake for gorgeous views. You will find the master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a fabulous king bed, fresh vibrant bedding, and access to the ensuite master, fully renovated bathroom with a large glass-enclosed seat-in shower as well as a garden tub, and dual vanity sinks with fine granite countertops. You will find a separate laundry room just behind the master bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer. The guest bedroom is on the 1st floor featuring a lovely queen bed, fine bedding, and a peek of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bathroom is in between the guest bedroom and the kitchen on the first floor and offers a single vanity and shower/tub combo also with fine granite counters. The kitchen offers fully upgraded full-size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, fine cabinetry, and all the housewares needed to make your favorite meals. In the living area you will find a new sofa sleeper, coordinating furnishings, and a dining table with six chairs. There are also bar stools at the breakfast bar for plenty of dining space. The living room, master bedroom, and the guest bedroom each have flat-screen TVs and DVD players.

Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $150 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.

The property was clean and comfortable. In a great location. Close to the beach and pool and plenty of places to eat. Has lots of space and was very comfortable for us and our dogs.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed a few quiet days at the beach. Great location with an easy walk to the beach and Whales Tails. The pool was really nice and close to the place as well.

Perfect family getaway to enjoy the Gulf Coast. We had a fantastic stay at this property! It met all the marks we needed for our week-long stay.The property was clean and enough space for a family of 4 plus our dog. It was clean and well-kept and the beds were comfortable. The condo was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Excellent location! It was unfortunate that we were not able to take our dog to the beach b/c of county ordinance and it was great that the condo was very close to the beach that we can just take a break and check on the doggo throughout the day. The screened-in porch was perfect to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs! Communication with the host- Avari Management - was excellent! Very responsive from the start - answering our questions before the trip and providing local recommendations, detailed info with check-in/out process, and answered our questions throughout the stay. We would ABSOLUTELY love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Great location.

Had a great time. Location is amazing. Just a few steps to the beach and pool. Unit is spacious and has a lovely view of a pond from both balconies.

Enjoyed stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean with great access to the beach. Only thing I would suggest would be an update of Furniture.

Southern hair queen

Found this little place for an extra couple days! Beds were comfortable and it was clean! Loved the pool and that the beach was close. Screened in porch was also a plus! Will return and visit again! Maybe give easier to get to directions.

Last minute get away

Great place, very spacious high ceilings, clean, short flat easy walk (without a lot of beach stuff) to the beach, almost directly across from the spacious pool area. Very quiet neighborhood near a lot of places. 100% would rent again.

Must stay

If you are looking for a place to stay close to the beach and one that has plenty of room this is the place for you. You have everything you need when you get there just make yourself at home. If you have any issues you give them a call and they are taken care of right away. I would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful pet friendly home!

This was a very clean and comfortable home. It is a second story condo with 2 stories within the unit. We loved everything about the decor, location and view of the lake. The walk to the beach is so short with easy beach access. I and my fur babies will be back!

Perfect location . Easy stroll to beach and great swimming pool. Nice linens and good amount of paper products. We will definitely stay here again. Only issue we had is inability to get a parking pass and pool wrist bands. But unit was exactly what we wanted! Thank you!

Relaxing

My family and I had a wonderful time. Our unit was right across from the beach access. It was very quiet. We enjoyed having a view of the lake. The employees were super friendly and helpful. We didn't realize that the property we stayed at was part of the Wyndham resort, so it was a little confusing to find where we were staying at first, but other than that it was amazing.

Great Stay!

Very clean property. And check in was so easy. Parking passes came with it. Also love that it’s pup friendly. Had an amazing bathroom. It was quiet. Located close to the beach, bit of a walk, we drove and parked across the street from the beach. It is located in the second floor. Definitely would stay here again. Fully loaded with everything you would need.

Weren’t told it was two story, still roomy and pretty clean. Quiet in the evening, nice balconies, just need ceiling fans on them.

Great location filled with nice, dog loving folks

We had some difficulty finding our way in and out of the property and the unit was just a little untidy. You'll find the cobwebs up in the wall/ceiling corners and the floor was a little dirty. Other than that, everything was very nice and the location to places we wanted to go was good.

Great Location Very Near Beach

View from the deck was over a small lake with a golf course on other side. Enjoyed the wildlife in the lake. (ducks and turtles) A lot of steps to get to the master bedroom and bath, but once there, very spacious and beautiful with it's own deck. Walk to the beach is only about 100 yards and the first thing on the beach is the WhalesTail restaurant that we enjoyed several times. Also a great place for early morning walks with little to no traffic within the compound. Master bedroom and bath are very spacious and comfortable.
