We had a fantastic weekend. Great spot for a weekend getaway in the winter. Clean facilities and welcoming hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo was wonderful. There were some very noisy children upstairs on our first day. Thankfully, it was only one day. The second day was so relaxing, and we really enjoyed our brief get-away.

This is a gorgeous property in such a secluded location with easy access to the park! We just came for a birthday weekend, but will come back for a longer stay in the future!

Beautiful location and close to all activities. We were comfortable in this condo. Views are spectacular! Could have used some food strange items to save left overs but other than that we loved it! Clean and comfortable! Easy parking too! We would definitely come back and stay here!

Beautiful space

This was a perfect little getaway. Right on the creek. We showed up and a buck elk was right outside. The only thing is that we wish the property let us know that a wedding was happening right outside our window while we were there. Luckily it was small and didn't last long into the night, but was a bit of a disturbance in our relaxing for the night. Would book again

Nice property!

Nice little condo on the river. Very clean & pictures are accurate. Lower level, so stairs to get down to it. Some noise from the unit above, but didn’t bother us. Two outdoor seating areas that walk out onto the beautiful grassy area by the river. Very close to the Fall River entrance (which is less crowded)

Peaceful Retreat

This property is amazing and my wife and I wish we’d found it sooner and stayed longer. It’s in immaculate shape and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had the best night’s sleep of our life with the sounds of the river flowing and the cool breeze flowing through the windows. We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

Lack of communication for check in

Was concerned cause I never got any email regarding check in. Tried calling last minute but office was closed. There was a “24hr maintenance number” to call which I would have done if needed I guess. Upon arrival all check in info/keys etc were there waiting in a mailbox so it all worked out well. Little concerning that the keys were not under any type of lock so anyone could have showed up and taken them, other than that excellent property, absolutely great location for anyone going to the park.

Wonderful stay! Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on Fall River. The condo was exactly as described/pictured. It was quite spacious for being a one bedroom/one bath. It was an easy drive to downtown Estes Park and you were at the Fall River entrance to RMNP in no time. The setting was beautiful! There are countless condos to choose from along the river, but after driving part the others we think we made the perfect choice to say here. We’d highly recommend and book again!

Excellent Condo

This condo was an excellent location for the hiking we like to do. Beautiful area and location. Elk walking through the property was amazing to see. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful riverside condo

My husband and I stayed here for a 4 night vacation, and it was a beautiful location, close to the RMNP entrance, right along the river, gorgeous! We had elk in the backyard - super cool! Kitchen well stocked with supplies, clean condo, easy to get to and an absolutely lovely drive into Estes Park (not far at all - maybe 3 miles?) This would have been a 5 star stay, but a couple of things to be mindful of. I received zero communication regarding check in from the property manager, so at 6 p.m. the night we were supposed to check in, we drove out anyway HOPING that someone was there and we could get in. Thankfully, they had an envelope with our name on it and key inside, but I had nothing in my VRBO messages or emails (I checked spam, nothing). I was just thankful we got in! Also - The bed is like a trampoline, so most nights my husband slept on the sofa sleeper in the livingroom. We had no control of the heat/cool in the condo despite repeated attempts to turn down the heat, so it was warm! Windows open helped, but they say not to at night because of bears. :) Lastly, there was a creature having a party in the wall at night by the bed, but it was manageable if we wore earplugs. I know they are working on that, but it was a bit noisy! Again, overall, this was a lovely place to stay, great location. I'd stay again.

One suggestion

We loved our stay in Unit #17. One suggestion would be to refrain from using such fragrant detergent on the sheets and towels. My wife had some trouble sleeping due to the perfumed detergents. Thanks

Wonderful stay at a picturesque location right next to the water.

Had a wonderful time at this location. Very close the RMNP. The location by the water is perfect and very nice and quiet. We had show while we were there and it looked amazing. Everything was well maintained and clean. Only thing that was slightly off was that the did not have TP and paper towels stocked when we came in. But they were quick to address that issue and provided with in no time. The management was excellent and they even let us put our luggage in the office early so we can visit the park before check in time. Overall this was a very nice stay and we loved it. We would most definitely stay here again as it is a very picturesque and wonderful location.

Amazing! 10/10

My partner and I loved this!! The tub in our room, view, easy access, easy check in/check out, and toiletries provided (dish soap/sponge, shampoo/conditioner/lotion) made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Absolutely loved the location and overall experience. Will be staying here in the future. Definitely recommend !!
