We always hate when we fall short with a guest, please know that if there is an issue that can be fixed, we would love to have the opportunity to hear this while you are here so we can make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Beds are the most difficult "please all" and we all have such varying preferences when it comes to mattresses. We know it's a difficult area to make everyone happy. We will repair anything we can immediately and we thank you for letting us know.
